Forever

(Marjorie's pov)

I have woken up in a foul mood. It's nothing specific but I've woken up early, and I'm still tired but I can't go back to sleep again. I stare at the ceiling, too tired to move or do anything. My alarm goes off next to me and Reece reaches over, turning it off, before looking down at me.
"Gorgeous? What's wrong?" he asks but I just ignore him, pushing him out of my face and walking into the bathroom, slamming it shut behind me.

I get into the shower and let the warm water just run down my body, letting it destress me. Once I am done, I step out and realise in my mood of storming out I forgot a towel, great.
"Reece? Can you grab me a towel please?" I yell out to which I hear him run and grab one, walking back to the door and knocking on it.
"Got it here gorgeous." he says through the door.
"Thanks." I say, opening the door ever so slightly, just be able to reach through and bring the towel back through the gap. I then shut the door again, and hear Reece sigh loudly.

I drop the towel and slide my back down against the door, until I reach the floor, and then I pull my knees into my chest, hugging them, trying to self soothe, as the tears start falling.
"Gorgeous?" I hear Reece say panicked through the door, rattling at the door handle, "Baby please let me in. I only want to help." He says, trying to calm his voice down.
I move away from the door, and onto the other side of the bathroom, with my back up against the wall.
"Reece." I just manage to get out and he opens the door, and rushes to my side, pulling me into a hug, gently rocking me back and forth, whilst running his hands through my hair.
"I'm here. I've got you. It's okay. You're okay. It's alright." he repeatedly whispers, which calms me down.

When my tears stop rolling, I look up at him. He smiles down at me, "You okay baby?" he wipes my wet cheeks.
"Yeah, I just had a bad night, and I guess it all just caught up to me." I respond, and he gently kisses me, breaking away a few short seconds later and smiling again, which this time I reciprocate, to which an even bigger smile plasters across his face.
"What?" I ask him, raising an eyebrow.
"I just love seeing you smile." he responds, kissing me before standing up, me still in his arms, letting out a squeal as he carries me into the bedroom, laying me down on the bed.

"Can I pick you an outfit for work?" he asks and I nod, too tired to fight back.
"Not silly though, I do have to look half decent." I add in, as he lets out a laugh, walking over to the wardrobe.
"I'm not that mean." he responds a few minutes later, walking back over with a pair of my black linen trousers and a black top.
"Thank you darling." I say, giving him a kiss on the cheek, as I stand up and grab my bra and underwear, sliding the whole outfit on.
"You ready for work Reece?" I ask and turn around to find him dressed and ready, sat down on the edge of the bed, admiring me.
"Have been for a while now. You doing your makeup now?" he responds and I shake my head.
"Too tired, and I don't look too bad so I guess people can see me like this today." I reply, as he walks over to me, his hands sliding round my waist.
"Well I think you look stunning." he says, leaning in and placing a passionate kiss on my lips.
"Uh uh", I mumble, breaking away from the kiss, "As much as this is lovely, I am already late enough as it is, and your sister will kill me if I'm any later, especially if she knew why." I say, giving him a kiss on the cheek, and then running off downstairs, and straight into the car, waiting for Reece.

He soon followed a few minutes later, with my bag in his hands.
"Oooh thank you darling." I say, taking my bag from his hands as he climbs into the car and staring the journey to my nursery.

Once we arrive, I climb out of the car, giving him a quick kiss before hand.
"See you after work, remember we are both on the early so I will be here for about 5:45pm. I love you, forever." he says, and I nod.
"Yeah I won't forget, I love you too." I throw over my shoulder as I practically run out the car, and straight into the nursery.
