HER'S POV

"Pwede ba kitang makausap sa labas?"

Napatingin si Leo dahil sa sinabi ko. His eyebrows furrowed. "Sure, but why?"

Sinensyasan ko syang lumabas at umuna na sa kanya kahit hirap na hirap akong mag-lakad. Elsaktong kabababa nya lang galing sa kwarto dahil pinatulog nya si Bianca. Ang natitira pang mga tao sa ibaba ay Kami nina Leo, Vladimir at Batman.

"What's up?" Leo finally got out. May hawak syang isang basong tubig.

"Why exactly did you left Keres? Or did you even left them at all?" I asked directly. I knew I sounded suspicious but we can't just easily trust anyone, lalo na pag-galing pa sa grupong kumakalaban sa mga kaibigan ko.

"Hmm...why did I?" Bahagya pa syang nahinto para mag-isip. "Me and my brother got separated few years ago. After the Orphanage was closed, I lost everything. House, friends that I treated as my family, and of course, My brother. I did everything to live. I work and study, obviously not easy but it paid off. I graduated late, but atleast I did right? Years later, a random person contacted me. At first, I have no idea who it was but then the caller told me that he knew my brother."

"I see." Hindi ako nag-bigay ng kahit anong opinion. I just let him speak.

"First, I thought he was a fraud and that he's trying to mess with me. But no one knew that I have a brother except those people who died in the orphanage."

"So simula non, naniwala ka na na kilala nya nga ang kuya mo?" I asked.

"Not really. Not until Lu showed up."

I see. "Siguro talagang hinanap ka n'ya 'no?"

He shrugged. "Maybe? I have a feeling that he watched me as I grew up."

"How do you think so?"

"Because when we finally reunited, he told me everything I did since we got separated." He replied.

Ibig sabihin, simula nang nag-hiwalay silang dalawa ay sinubaybayan pa rin sya ni Lautaro. "Ilang taon kayo nang mag-kahiwalay?"

Sumandal sya sa pader. "If im not mistaken, I was 11 years old that time. My brother is 16. We have 5 years age gap."

Pero may napansin ako. "Yung tanong ko, hindi mo pa sinasagot."

He hummed. "Lu took me. He introduced me to Ellina's Dad and they welcomed me to their organization. My business grew and got Ellina as my girlfriend. Little did I knew, my brother likes her too."

Eto pa ang isa sa inaabangan kong kwento nila. Mukha ngang may napansin akong kakaiba dahil sa aura ni Ellina nang tawagin nya si Lautaro dahil dumating si Leo.

"Lu sabotaged me, making Ellina's father mad at me. He tried his best to set me apart from his daughter, but its no use. Until an incident happened. I saw my brother and Ellina, in Ellina's room." He looked down. Ramdam ko sa kanyang hindi sya komportablemg pag-usapan pa iyon.

"Im sorry to hear that. Do you still wish to continue?"

He look surprised to hear my question. "Sure. It's relevant."

I slowly nodded. "I see. Just tell me if when you're not comfortable. Now matter how I want to know some things about you, I still respect your feelings."

Hindi sya naka-sagot. Ako naman ay nakatingin lang sa bilog na buwan pero ramdam kong naka-tingin din sya sakin.

"You do? Even if I am one of your enemy? " He asked, still staring at me.

"Are you my enemy?"

"Im one of them. I'm from Keres." Leo answered.

"You helped my friend, Terrah. You saved me from your brother not just once, but twice. Wala ka namang ginawang labag sa patakaran ko. Wala akong makitang dahilan para ituring ka na kaaway sa toto lang." Mahabang paliwanag ko bago ko sya nilingon. I gave him a warm smile

He didn't say anything, he just stared at me with astonishment. Ilang minuto kaming nasa ganoong posisyon.

"I don't know what to say..." He said as he chuckled. "Do you want me to continue?"

I shrugged. "If you're comfortable then, why not?"

He let out a sigh. "Where am I?...Oh yeah, I saw Ellina making out with my brother. That is the day that I broke up with her and also the same day when my Brother proposed, which she directly accept."

Hindi ako nag-salita. Hinayaan ko lang syang mag-kwento. "I don't know what to feel that time, but one thing is for sure." He paused for a moment. "I was insanely mad at everyone of them and backfired their plan. I was assigned to spy to your friend but ended up telling her everything. That triggers my brother. I ruined the whole organization plan, and ruin my brother's reputation."

"Kaya ka ba nya binugbog nong nakaraan?"

"Probably. What they did is just a warning. I was told to go back and report and if I didn't..." He cut off his words.

I raised an eyebrow. "If you didn't, they will kill you?"

"I don't know? Only god knows." He said as he laugh awkwardly.

May ilang minuto din kaming natahimik. Pareho naming pinanood magandang hubog ng buwan na nag-bibigay liwanang sa buong kagubatang nasa kabilang kalsada.

"Don't take it seriously, but I noticed something about my brother." He said making me look at him. Nakatingin pa rin sya sa buwan.

"What is it?"

"The way he looked at you. It's different. "

"How different?" Ayaw pang diretsohin.

"I never seen him looked to someone with those eyes before."

Anong ibig nyang sabihin? "What do you want to say?"

He slowly move his head to my face mine. "Did he told you that he like you?"

I was caught on the spot. Hindi ko pinahalatang nabigla ako sa tanong nya. "No he didn't. If he do, he's not going to shoot me with his gun."

"Made sense. But I can really say something is different the way he looked at you. Remember how he pushed me when I tried to touch you? I never seen as mad as that, or am I just overreacting?"

"You are. After all, you're the one who said that He's a great deceiver." I answered and once again, adore the beauty of the moon.

He slowly nodded. "I hope so. Otherwise, I cannot forgive him anymore." He muttered the second sentence.

"May sinabi ka?" I raised an eyebrow but he shook his head.

"Nothing. Can I ask you a question?"

"Sige lang."

"Can you tell me about your self?"

After those words came out from his mouth, my mood automatically changed. Bumugso ang malamig na hangin habang dahan-dahan akong lumingon sa kanya.
