Chapter 12

HER'S POV

"What?" He asked, confusion is written in his face.

"None, nothing..." Mabilis kong kinuha at niyapos ang mga damit kong maayos pa ang pag-kakatupi. Naiwan ko nga pala sa bahay ni Leo ang madumi kong damit at proud na proud sya na nilabhan nya. Ang kaso ay pati underwear ko, nandoon at talagang naka-iababaw pa.

"What's the problem?" Usisa ni Leo. He doesn't really have an idea.

"Wala nga sabi. Tsk. "

"Where's my thank you?" Pangungulit ni Leo.

Our argument caught Mathi's attention. "May problema ba?"

"Wala, wala! Matutulog na ko. Pag-usapan natin ang tungkol kay Terrah bukas na bukas din nang umaga." I declared and immediately walks away from them.

"Hey, wait!"

I heard Leo shouted but i ignored. Nag-mamadali akong maka-akyat sa hagdan kahit hindi ko naman alam kung saan ba dapat ang kwarto ko. Nadaanan ko pa si Vladimir na may nilalaro sa cellphone but I also ignored him.

"Faschia, may naiwan ka yata." It was Matthi's voice.

"Hayaan mo na!" I shouted, not minding to look back.

"Di pwede. Hindi naman kami nag-susuot ng bra."

I stopped and literally bit my lip in embarassment. I act nonchalant and turn around, only to see that the three of them; Leo, Matthi and Vlad's attention was on me while Leo is holding the strap of my bra.

Mabilis akong lumapit kay Leo at hinablot iyon mula sa kanya at nag-mamadaling umakyat. Sa sobrang inis ko ay naibato ko pa ang hawak kong Bra at kamalas-malasang tumama at pumulupot iyon sa leeg ng taong eksatong papalabas ng kwarto.

Si Maqtus aka Batman, ang aking magaling na ex at kuya ni Matthi.

Anong ginagawa nyan dito?!

Takang-taka sya ng makita ako bago kinapa-kapa ang bagay na nasa leeg nya at mas lalong nadag-dagan ang gulat sa kanyang mukha nang makita nya kung ano iyon.

Napapikit ako sa inis.

Nagka-titigan pa kami at hindi namin alam kung ano bang dapat naming gawin.

Hawak-hawak nya ang bra ko na kasalukuyang nakapulupot sa leeg nya at ako naman ay nanlalaki ang matang naka-tingin na bra kong nasa leeg nya.

Nasa ganoon kaming sitwasyon ng bigla syang tumingin sa likuran ko. Nang tumalikod ako ay nandoon pala si Vladimir na nakatayo. Malamang ay kaaakyat lang ng hagdan, may dala-dalang isang baso ng alak at puno nang pagta-takang nakatingin samin.

When Vladimir realized that were staring at him, he slowly retreat and went back downstairs.

Nang mag-tama naman ang paningin namin ni Batman ay doon lang sya natauhan. Dahan-dahan nyang inalis ang bra sa leeg nya at mabagl iyong iniabot sakin.

I didn't hesitate and immediately grabbed it from him and walk past him. I even enter a random room and just laid down in the bed.

Today was a very unlucky day

Napaisip naman ako sa mga nang-yari at nalaman ko kanina. First, the Rahma. I didn't know a lot of information about them except that they are the only legal terrorist supported by the middle east. They also kill people for the sake of their religion and the third one in the underground. I also heard that they hunt and kill the previous members of Scorpions, who happened to be the most notorious organization in history. How come they knew me? Is it because I worked as an undercover agent and hunt those terrorist way back then?

Second, Lautaro's action. If he really was the reason behind what happened to his brother, how come he still act like that to me after seeing me on his brother's house? Aren't he supposed to suspect me because of my connection on his brother? He has all the chance to kill me. Is he expecting me to play a huge role and lure me so he can get an information about his brother or even use me to make Leo surrender, or worse maybe ask me to kill him? No either, he can do it himself if he wants.

I can also read Lautaro's eyes when were running away from him. He can shot Leo but he didn't. His eyes, It was full of anger and worried at the same time. Is he worried because of his brother? But what about the anger?

Third, his father. Leo told me that they were an orphan and his brother got kidnapped. The terrorist kidnapped children for three major reason. First is for ransom, second is because of their organs or their service; as a slaves and such, and Third is because they need to expand.

But Leo didn't said that he was also kidnapped, why does he end up being a suspect involved in terrorizing Terrah's family? Aren't he got separated from Lautaro when he got kidnapped?

Parang sasabog na ang utak ko sa dami ng tanong. Tapos ngayon si Terrah naman ang nasa kamay ng Keres. Hindi ko alam kung sinong naka-isip na ipain sya doon pero hindi rin naman ako mabilis gumawa ng conclusion at sumisi ng iba kung bakit sya ang pinadala don.

"What are you thinking?"

I snapped back to reality when I heard Leo's voice. Hindi ko man lang napansin na naka-tayo na pala sya sa harapan ko. Gayunpaman ay hindi ako gumalaw mula sa pag-kakahiga. Napagod ako at medyo nanibago sa nang-yari kaninang aksyon. Malamang ay nag-aadjust pa ang katawan ko at ilang araw pa 'tong sasakit.

"Are you okay? You don't look good." Dagdag nya pa. Dahan-dahan syang humiga sa tabi ko.

"Doesn't look good? Does it mean that I look ugly?" I asked in a low voice. After all, i'm a bit sleepy.

"No. What I mean is, you don't look okay at all." He explained.

"Mhm. But what are you doing here?" Pag-iiba ko ng usapan.

He chuckled. "I should be the one asking that. What are you doing here? It's my room."

Room nya daw?

Bahagya ko syang nilingon, eyes are half open. "Really? Im gonna go out then."

Nang babangon na nasa ako ay iniharang nya ang braso nya. "Don't."

Napa-isip pa ko kung babangon ba ko o hindi pero mas pinili kong manatili dahil tinatangay na ko ng antok. Hindi naman ako nangangamba sa kanya pero hindi ko rin masabing nag-titiwala ako.

"Are you alaready asleep?" I heard him asked but Im too sleepy to answer.

The last thing I heard was his 'goodnight' before I finally fell into a sleep.
