Later that night after finishing dinner Jungkook headed to his room. The thoughts of Y/n still swirled in his mind and he found it difficult to shake them off.

Trying to clear his head he stepped out onto the balcony, gripping the cool metal railing as he gazed out at the calm, moonlitght view of the farm.

The soft breeze brushed against his skin, and he looked up at the sky, the stars twinkling brightly above in the dark sky.

"Mr. Kang and Mrs. Kang, I hope you're doing fine up there" he muttered softly, his eyes fixed on the stars. "I'm sorry for all the trouble I’ve caused her until now."

As he looked at the moon his thoughts drifted back to the temple earlier today the way she had looked so frightened the way she had suddenly lost consciousness.

What was she so tense about? He thought and couldn’t shake the feeling that something was troubling her.

"I think I’ll ask Dad about this," he murmured to himself running a hand through his hair. With a sigh he turned back inside deciding to take a hot shower which might help him clear his mind.

After a quick refreshing bath he changed into his night clothes, ready to sleep. Just as he was settling in his phone buzzed by notification on the nightstand.

He glanced at it, seeing a message from Yun and quickly opened it. And he saw The first picture was of Y/n laughing, her eyes crinkled with joy as she watered her roses plant.

A soft smile form onto his face and he felt his heart lighten at the sight of her so happy and carefree.

But as he slid through the next photos, one in picture made his breath hitch. It was from the flower field a shot of him holding her close, by her waist their faces just inches apart from each other. The memory of that moment rushed back to him, and making heat flooded his face.

"Huh, what’s wrong with you, Jeon Jungkook?! Don’t fall into her scheme" he scolded himself, lightly slapping his cheeks to snap out of it. Frustrated he quickly dialed Yun’s number.

After a few rings, Yun answered the call. "Hello, Jungkook!"

"Yun, why did you take that picture of me?" He asked trying to keep his voice steady.

Yun laughed from the other end and said. "Look stupid, I know you're there but my cutie is also in the picture. And that's what you told me right? Anyway do thank me later.

His jaw dropped. This little guy still not over from the crush he has on Y/n. He took a deep breath, trying to shake off the odd feeling from his chest.

"Listen, Yun buddy, I told you to only take pictures of Y/n. I don’t want my pictures with her okay, just keep an eye on her?"

"Okay!! Jungkook I’ll remember that next time," Yun replied his voice sounding a bit disappointed.

His tone softened as he asked "By the way, how’s your grandmother?  Tomorrow I’m coming to take her to the hospital, alright?"

Yun’s voice perked up with excitement. "Thank you, Jungkook..Grandma’s still not doing well her fever hasn’t gone down, and she’s been coughing a lot. I’m really worried fir her jungkook"
