THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT IS ISSUED BY THE PRESS SECRETARY TO THE QUEEN
Prince Christian and Miss Madison Nolan are hugely appreciative for the many well wishes they have received ever since their engagement was announced in April of last year.
They are looking forward to the day and to also be able to share their excitement with the world. They have made the following decisions about their wedding day on Friday 13th of September 2013.
The Wedding Service will begin at Westminster Abbey at 1100. John Hall, Dean of Westminster, Rowan Williams, Archbishop of Canterbury, Richard Chartres, Bishop of London, will officiate as the couple make their marriage vows.
At 1200, the couple, now married, will undertake a Carriage Procession along the mall, leaving Westminster Abbey and making their way to Buckingham Palace.
Following the service, there will be a reception at Buckingham Palace for the couple and guests from the congregation. The couple will join after their balcony appearance.
Later that evening, The Prince of Wales will host a private evening reception at Buckingham Palace for the couple and their close friends and family members.
We are excited to share more details about the wedding day in the months ahead.

March 18th, 2013 - Nottingham Cottage, Kensington Palace
Madison had made the 5hr and 9 min car ride to Nottingham Cottage from her home in Beaumaris, Wales the night before to spend some time with Kate, who is currently five months pregnant.
"So, how do you feel that your wedding venue and date has now been released to the public." Kate asked, while the two friends are sitting in Kate and William's living room in their small but cosy cottage.
"I feel good, a little nervous that things are starting to become more real now but nonetheless I feel good and excited." Madison stated.
"That's good, Mads. You are going to feel all the nerves when it comes to wedding planning, it's completely normal." Kate smiles, she knows the feeling as she felt the exact same way when it came to her planning her own wedding.
"Are you sure you're still up for being my maid-of-honour Kate? I don't want to add more to your plate especially since you would've just given birth two months before the wedding?" Madison asked, she didn't want to make her best friend feel uncomfortable by asking her to be in a maid-of-honour dress especially after just giving birth.
"Yes, Mads. Will you stop asking, of course I want to be your maid-of-honour, I wouldn't miss it for the world. I'll just need to do a dress fitting a few weeks after I've given birth." Kate reassures Madison.
"See that's what I don't wanna put you through Kate. I'll be okay if you don't want to be my maid-of-honour anymore." Madison asks her best friend one more time, if she's sure she still wants to be a part of the wedding.
"Madison Luciana Charlotte Nolan, will you stop it woman. I want to be a part of your special day. I want to be your maid-of-honour, I'll only be in my maid-of-honour dress for a few hours during the day, now please stop asking because I'm doing it." Catherine states to Madison, really reassuring her best friend.
"Okay, Okay. I get it now." Madison laughs, "I won't ask again, I just wanted to make sure."
There was still a lot to plan, they needed to sort out the guest list which they had a bit more freedom in who they could invite.
