Maihark

Lonzo was making his usual round of patrol. He was thankful that the port city of Maihark was safe but these kinds of tasks were so boring with no action ever. At least he had his wyvern Windbreak and his patrol partner Maxin as company. Just when they were about to start their final round of surveillance he saw it. A large purple balloon shape with yellow tipped ribbons. But that wasn't even the most worrying part. It was being escorted by the largest birds Lonzo had ever seen. Better yet when he looked through his eye glass he could see the balloon thing had a large black item with a clear shiny flat bottom strapped underneath it.

After the shock wore off he remembered his training. "Hey Command, this is patrol four reporting three unidentified beasts flying into our airspace. Two wyvern sized birds and a cottage sized balloon creature, no riders. The balloon creature has an artificial machine on it too. Orders?" Lonzo reported to the manacom.

"Roger, intercept with the fifth and report findings." The manacom boomed back.

Maxin looked at his partner. "You always said you wanted some action so let's go meet up and check it out."

Once the two patrols met up they moved to intercept the flying beast trio.

"Commander, it seems that local forces have responded to the pokemon patrol we sent in. Should I use the drone to take care of it or just continue to watch?" The drone operator asked.

"Continue to monitor for now. If they attack, only intervene if the Pidgeots need help. Otherwise I want to see how their pokemon battle while being ridden. This will be a good opportunity to observe what this country's pokemon can do." The Commander instructed.

Soon the patrols made their move. They flew in closer and demanded that they turn around. The pokemon were strictly instructed on what to do so they ignored the patrols and kept going. Seemingly out of frustration that yelling didn't work the patrols moved to intercept.
