The team quickly followed Shane down and started running through the city streets to the rendezvous. Luckily the ongoing battle meant that the first bit of their journey was through empty streets. They raced through unopposed until they reached the rear of the Lourian lines.
"Sir, enemy combatants coming from the right!" Shouted a soldiers.
"What, stop them now or else this line will fall too." The officer ordered. Lourian troops soon moved to block the street.
"Stop right there!" Shouted one of the linemen. Seeing that the group didn't intend to stop the linemen charged.
"Someone deal with that, Metagross has Hark." Belko shouted.
"Got it, Honchkrow come out." Nick threw a pokeball into the sky and a large dark blue condor flew out. "Use Snarl." A dark energy flew out of Honchkrow and slammed into the Lourian line men. The closest fell to the ground convulsing while the majority of them were simply knocked back unconscious.

"Now use Foul Play." Shouted Nick pointing at an officer. Honchkrow then dove down and slammed the officer down, crushing his rib cage. Honchkrow then landed, spread its wings and squawked at the remaining soldiers causing them to flinch. This allowed the team to run clear though the formation while firing as many bullets as possible. Feno then quickly made a spiked ice wall to cover them while they kept running.
"My magic scan indicates at least ten enemy soldiers on the next road." Reported Llarm.
"Ok, Honchkrow takem down." Nick Ordered. Honchkrow flew ahead and soon they could hear the sound of explosions and fear. The team then made it though to the square before the rendezvous point.
"There's a huge block of Lourians at the square!" Llarm shouted.
"There's also about a company worth of soldiers behind us too!" Feno added. Right then they reached the square where they were greeted by three hundred thirty Lourian soldiers with about a dozen magic cannons.
"Oh shit!" Shane exclaimed. "Get to the building!" Everyone pivoted and broke into a butcher's shop and set up defenses.
"Okay everyone pokemon out, and Shane I need a Vine Whip." Shouted Belko. All three of the field agents brought out all of their pokemon. After Carnivine tied up King Hark and Metagross was free, each pokemon took positions around their trainers.
"Give up while you can. You're surrounded and my army is the strongest on Rodenius. If you surrender now I promise you a quick death." Hark taunted. "You barbarians will never win. It's only a matter of time till your supporting army is repelled and the entire city comes here to free me!"
"Shut yo stupid ass up. We're Team Rocket, we don't lose, you don't know shit!" Belko retorted back, eliciting laughs from the rest of the group.
"On god we ain't surrounded! They're just making themselves a great target." said Nick.
