Parapaldian Empire

Esthirant

In the 3rd Foreign Affairs Office a young elegant blonde haired man sat in the top office behind his desk. It was time to review the ongoings of the barbarians and get an update on foreign missions.

"Netz has a new Prince of Nemnon, Zambalo's Queen died, We'll have to send a letter. Pilkat's elections are coming up, let's hope they vote correctly this time." He then got down to a newspaper with a letter attached with the seal of the intelligence department on it. He quickly placed all the other papers aside and started reading the newspaper. "Louria... lost?" He whispered to himself. He couldn't believe it. After all the military aid they sent that should have been impossible. After skimming through the piece he quickly opened the letter.

"...Viridian Empire...'pokemon'... pokemon naval vessels ...metal ships... Giant birds, iron dragons... What the hell is this ridiculous report?" The lunacy of the letter was almost offensive but he reasoned that not just anyone could work to become a top foreign spy, only just to send in a clearly false report. This, however, raised a worrying alternative reality, and that was that the letter was at least partly true.

"Raita, come quick." A pretty woman with black hair soon walked in the door frame.

"Yes lord Kaios?" Raita responded.

"I need you to set up an urgent meeting with the emperor as of right now." Kaios ordered.

"Understood sir." She then rushed back to her desk and sent the request via her manacom.

Eastern Sea

Viridian Destroyer

Since figuring out the technology level of the surrounding countries Giovanni felt that sending out minimal transportation was all that was necessary. He wants Team Rocket as a whole to stay hidden as long as possible in order for the initial steps to get off unimpeded. Sending an even half-powered fleet to Parapaldia would definitely put the Viridian Empire in the spotlight. As a consequence Admin Cantrell of the Foreign Ministry was sent on one destroyer to make contact with Parapaldia.

"Ok everybody, we'll be pulling into the harbor soon. You all know the plan so let's get going. And I swear to god if one of you draws attention there I'll report you to the Boss directly." Announced Admin Cantrell. Much like her fellow Foreign Ministry Admin, Von, Cantrell was quite cruel but unlike her colleague she preferred the 'just you wait' kind of revenge rather than immediate retribution if the latter was worse for them. In simple terms she had a brutal level of patience if the payoff was good enough.

Once the ship was docked Centrell and the delegation made landfall. They then made their way over to the nearest Foreign Affairs office as shown on the map their satellites made. Walking through the city it was like walking through a faithful rendition of an old coastal city in Kalos from way back when. The architecture was very elegant and beautiful, practically screaming how much more wealthy they were. The only real change up is when they appeared to enter a governmental district the buildings more resembled old Galarian building styles with much more white stone. The delegation eventually entered the Foreign Affairs office.

"Hello, what is your business today?" Greeted the receptionist.

"Hi, I represent the Viridian Empire and I'm here to establish diplomatic relations with this empire." Cantrell replied.

"Oh a new country, where are you located?"

"Out past Fenn and Rodenius in the Eastern Ocean." At this the receptionist's friendly face dropped.

"Barbarians don't belong in this building. This place is only for civilized countries from the 2nd civilized region, neither of which apply to you. Now go, the 3rd Foreign Affairs office is down the alley and on the left." The receptionist said bored, flicking a hand at the door.
