"The results of the Rodenis Sea battle were perfect. Admiral Aston made quick work of the Lourian fleet. Only the VNS Knockout fired her weapons while the rest of the 4th fleet stayed back for intimidation." Secretary Matori reported.
"How long until they can attack Jin-Hark?" Giovanni asked.
"Well sir it will take some time for them to offload all of the captives but they should still make it to Jin-Hark before Admin Vons forces reach it."
"Speaking of the admin, he sent back a body for examination, right? What were the results and why was it interesting in the first place?"
"The body sent back was that of Louria's General Adem. The reason for the interest was because when Admin Von gave chase to capture the general, after being hit by a move, he suddenly gained vast magical powers. They had a drawn out fight that ended with Vons Scizor killing General Adem with X-Scissor. It took Admin Vons Corviknight and Houndoom to fight him and bring him down while his Scizor delivered the one final blow."
"And what of the test results?" Now this was something that fascinated Giovanni.
"Our scientists have discovered that Adem was not in fact a human but an artificial bio weapon. He was made in a similar way to how we made Mewtwo but the methods used seem to be much better and consistent yield. It appears to be at the cost of a much weaker specimen. Meaning that while their method seems to be vastly more consistent it is inferior to ours in terms of power."
"Can we find out what kind of methods they used? If we can find and use these foreign methods we have the potential to create many more pokemon that we can't go out and get anymore." Giovanni commented.
"The labs were able to decipher some information but they were unable to fully uncover the full details with only one dead subject. We can incorporate some of what they discovered but we will need further research and testing to confirm if it is enough to be viable." Matori finished.
"Keep me updated on that."
"Lastly, the preparations for the three island invasion are progressing smoothly. Tyrael wants to wait until Admin Von is finished in Louria so he can send both Von and Cantrell to Awan. While he is waiting he is sending Cantrell to lead a delegation to the Parapaldian Empire to introduce us to the neighborhood."
"Good, once we have a dialogue with the local 'superpower' information will spread and we'll be recognized more. Then we can be more open with our moves, less chance of toe stepping too unintentionally."

"This can not be happening!"
King Hark was in a rage at the reports from Gim. How could the entire army be defeated and captured?
"Your majesty, the nobles are now refusing to send their armies in light of our loss at Gim." Skarm said.
Hark then almost on a dime stopped his ongoing tantrum as if to absorb the information. Then he whipped his body to face them again and practically spit fire at them.
"Tell those cowards that they will send their armies or the entire kingdom will be lost! Anyone who refuses will be tried for high treason!" Hark was now standing on the steps to his throne now. This type of defeat was supposed to be impossible with the level of preparation he put into this war. This was his moment in the sun. How dare they try to take it.
"Sir, we can confirm the Qua-Toynian ally is the Viridian Empire. They are using magical creatures they called pokemon to devastating effect. Our Qua-Toyne armies are either in full retreat or have been captured. We may need to reconsider our position." General Patagene explained. He could see King Hark running through the emotions and his eyes slightly dilated.
