As the screen faded to black a bright flash of blue washed over the room. As the light died away it revealed a woman, she had brown hair, streaked with silvering strands and vibrant green eyes aged with time. "Mum!" Percy yelled surprised. "Sally!" All the other demigods grinned at the woman when she appeared. "Percy, everyone." Sally laughed as she looked over them, catching Percy in a hug when he went barrelling towards her. "Hello, I am Sally Blofis, Percy's mum." She introduced herself following behind Percy as he dragged her over to sit beside him and Cassiopeia on the sofa. "Cassy, darling, how are you?" Sally pulled the younger woman into a gentle hug before taking her seat. "I'm ok Sally, tired but ok." Cassiopeia replied with a soft nod of her head. Percy sat back down before picking Cassiopeia up and pulling her onto his lap, "you can get some rest, we know what's going to happen next." He kissed her ear as he whispered to her.

Cassiopeia couldn't explain it but the night that she returned to camp she couldn't sleep one wink. The day had been exhausting, the train ride to platform 9 3/4 was long, getting to camp was tiring because they had to walk so that the twins could get the "full experience", then they had to show them around the entirety of camp before she was called to lead one of the sword training drills with Luke, a tall 19 year old blonde Hermes kid who had been at camp for 5 years. Giving up on the idea of sleep, Cassiopeia slipped out of her bed and went to take a walk by the lake, she always enjoyed sitting by it, finding the water calming and peaceful, she especially loved it at night when it was silent and dark. Darkness had never scared her, if anything it was soothing, warm, like being enveloped in a hug from her mother. Looking out at the lake she listened as thunder rumbled in the sky and flashes of lightning gave the illusion of daylight, storms were another thing she loved, rain had always been relaxing to her, the rhythmic patter of water against the floor was something she would never grow  tired of, and unlike many she found the low rumble of thunder to be calming and the flashes of lightning beautiful. Feeling her eyes grow heavy, Cassiopeia returned to her cabin, walking along the stone paths until she suddenly dropped, her eyes glazed over.

"It always terrifies me that one day she'll get hurt having a vision by herself." Eleana mumbled as she leaned on Kira's side, throwing a worried glance at Cassiopeia who was sleeping against Percy's chest.

Coming to Cassiopeia rose to her feet and ran as fast as she could to the top of Half-Blood Hill, reaching the boarder she squinted to see through the onslaught of rain. Tugging of her necklace she notched an arrow on her bow and desperately attempted to decipher the scene. Just as she realised what was happening she watched as a woman dissolved into golden dust in the hands of a monster, a minator, the son of Pasiphae, a half man, half bull creature. Pulling back her bow she heard the devastated scream of a boy, "No!" As he watched the woman vanish. Sympathy coursed through her as she figured that the woman had been someone special to him, his mother perhaps. As the bull charged towards the boy, his body now also facing Cassiopeia, she released her arrow, hitting him straight in the stomach, it wasn't enough to kill him but it did slow him down enough for the boy to jump on him. Cassiopeia notched another arrow as she watched the boy getting bucked around on the minator's back, before a crack rang out. Now in the boy's hand was one of the minator's horns, swinging his head the beast threw him to the floor, charging at him again. Rolling onto his knee the boy used the horn to stab the minator, digging it into his stomach under his ribs. The beast died, collapsing into a heap of ashy sand that was blown away in the wind. Putting away her bow, Cassiopeia ran out into the rain to the boys side, he was delirious as he staggered to his feet and over to another figure, one Cassiopeia soon recognised as Grover.

The hall stared shocked at the scene, "they're just children." James muttered, "they're just children!" He repeated, yelling, a furious fire flickering in his eyes as he glared at the gods, daring them to defend their actions.
