Yuka:

I couldn't get Toby's death out of my head. I kept seeing him die over and over again.

I recently have up on sleeping since his face would be replaced by the Queen's and then my fathers which terrified me. I didn't want him to die. Not yet at least. Not for a long time.

The gardens were under progress and I had relinquished my control of that project to Suon and I spent more of my time locked up in my room.

Ryo wasn't there normally since she always had to speak with the Council about nonsense. The Council was totally against us becoming the kingdoms rulers and kept giving Ryo impossible tasks.

They get very mad when she manages to complete them.

I burrowed my face into the pillow and made a choking sound as a sob threatened to rip out of my throat.

"Yuka? Are you alright?" I jumped and sat up fast as I heard Ryo's voice. She stood in the doorway with a concerned expression. She locked the door and came in. She had started locking the door since she had grown to hate how people kept walking in on us.

"Yeah." I said giving her a fake smile. Her expression hardened and she crossed the room quickly and lifted my chin with her fingertips.

"Don't lie to me." She growled.

My eyes widened and a tear leaked out of my eye and slid across my cheek. "Ryo, I want to go home. I want to see my father." My voice cracked as I spoke but I didn't care.

Ryo let my chin go and punched the wall beside her. "Ryo!?" I exclaimed.

"Why didn't I notice!?!" She growled to herself. I watched with wide eyes as she punched the wall again.

"I should have noticed how upset you are! I should have known you missed your father! I should have-" Ryo went punch the wall again but I lightly touched her arm.

"It's okay. I'd never have let you know if I didn't want you to." I smiled sadly.

"How is that supposed to make me feel better?" She returned my smile with one of her own.

"I love you." I murmured before touching my lips to her lightly. Before I knew it, she had grabbed my waist and slammed me against the wall.

She slammed lips against mine and I accident moaned as her hands began to explore the length of my torso.

I blushed furiously as she moved to kiss my neck, her hot breath exciting me and causing me to shiver at the same time.

I tangled my fingers into her hair and when she moved back to kiss me, I pushed my tongue into her mouth, fighting for dominance. A battle that she won.

She explored my mouth with her tongue and I moaned again. She reached around my back and slowly unlaced my dress and I unbuttoned her shirt, our mouths never losing contact.

Her shirt disappeared and my dress fell to the floor. Ryo softly rubbed and pushed on my breasts that were covered with my bra while I did quick work on her pants.

She unclasped my bra and I immediately covered myself up. She shook her head and pulled my hands away. "Beautiful." She whispered.

She brought her lips back to mine while her fingers now tugged and pinched my nipples. I moaned and brought a leg up around her waist.

She grabbed my other leg and wrapped it around her waist as well before carrying me to the bed.

She pulled away and began to leave a trail of kisses down my jaw. She began to suck at my neck and I moaned and scratched lightly on her back.
