Looking outside of myself

For proofs that i am lovable

Looking for someone else

To say I'm worth keeping

But the only love i have to seek

The only love i have to keep

Is mine

Because i am the proof i've been searching for

I don't need no one else

To tell me how lovable i am

Because i, myself

I think i am

And that is all the validation i really need

Mine

I am the only one

Who I have to seek approval from

I am no one's object to examinate

I do not need to prove myself worthy

There is no price on me

I am not

A price to be won

I am

A soul to be loved

Naturally

Like breathing

If i'm not what you've been looking for you whole life

The answer to your prayers
