The next morning, sunlight streamed softly through the tall windows, casting a warm glow over the room as we prepared for the day. My heart fluttered with a mix of excitement and nerves, knowing that today I would marry Sebastian. I couldn't help but feel both exhilarated and terrified. I wasn't just getting married, I was about to be turned into a vampire.

Evie was there, sitting nearby in a delicate chair, quietly watching as Viktoria and Lucy moved around me, helping me get ready. She seemed out of place in the midst of all the preparations-human in a room full of vampires but she smiled warmly whenever our eyes met, her presence a quiet support. I was grateful she was here.

Viktoria and Lucy, were by my side, their hands moving deftly as they adjusted my gown. The dress was a stunning black that hugged my waist and flowed down in soft, sheer layers. I felt both powerful and vulnerable, a strange contrast that reflected my emotions perfectly. My mother, hovered close by, her face a mixture of love and concern.

"Being a vampire isn't so bad, you know," Lucy said, her voice light and reassuring as she pinned a delicate black veil into my hair. I glanced at her in the mirror, trying to find comfort in her words. "It's quite liberating, really. You feel stronger, freer... It's like a new beginning."

Viktoria nodded in agreement as she smoothed out the lace on my dress. "And you'll have us," she added with a soft smile. "You'll never be alone, Clove. We'll be sisters forever."

Their words brought me some comfort, but there was still a nervous energy thrumming beneath my skin. I looked over at my mother, searching her face for any sign of fear or disapproval. She smiled at me, though I could see the tension in her eyes. "You look beautiful, sweetheart," she said softly, her voice a calming presence. "Today is your day."

"Thank you, Mom," I whispered, squeezing her hand. Despite her apprehension, she was here for me, supporting me in a way I hadn't expected. It meant everything.

Evie stood and walked over to me, her smile warm and encouraging. "You've got this," she said, her voice filled with confidence. "We're all here for you." I nodded, taking a deep breath, feeling a bit more at ease.

After what felt like an eternity of preparation, Viktoria and Lucy stepped back, satisfied with their work. My mother took my arm, and together, we made our way to the ceremony.

As we walked into the grand hall, I was struck by its beauty. Flickering candles lined the walls, casting a warm, golden glow over the room. My eyes found Evie, seated in the front aisle beside

Viktoria and Lucy, all of them watching me with anticipation. Despite being human, Evie looked perfectly at ease. I couldn't help but feel a swell of gratitude for her friendship and support.

At the end of the aisle stood Sebastian waiting for me with a steady gaze. His dark suit contrasted against his pale skin, making him look both elegant and commanding. My heart steadied as I saw him, and suddenly, my nerves seemed to fade away. This was where I wanted to be.

When we reached him, my mother gave my hand a gentle squeeze before stepping back.
Sebastian took my hands in his, his touch warm and reassuring. "Are you ready, my love?" he asked softly, his voice a steady anchor.
I nodded, a smile breaking across my face. "I'm ready."

We both knelt at the altar side by side, the officiant standing before us in a full black cloak. As the guests settled back into their seats, the room fell into a hushed anticipation.

"As we are gathered here this evening to sanctify the union between the benevolent master and his new bride, Clover Veda," the officiant intoned, his voice echoing through the hall, "long may they flourish."

The crowd responded in perfect unison, their voices blending together in a chant. "May the bridesmaids rejoice."

The officiant then turned his attention to Sebastian. "Master, do you take this woman to be your bride?"

"I do," Sebastian answered firmly, his gaze steady and filled with love.

"And do you, Clover Veda, take the master to love, honor, serve, and obey, for all the days of your eternal life?" the officiant asked, his eyes shifting to me.

"Yes," I said, my voice unwavering despite the rush of emotions surging through me.

"May you now exchange blood," the officiant pronounced.

Sebastian lifted his wrist to his mouth, biting it slightly to draw a few droplets of blood. He extended his wrist toward me, his eyes meeting mine with a reassuring smile. "It's okay, my love," he murmured softly. "This is just the beginning."

With a deep breath, I took his wrist in my hands and brought it to my lips. As I drank, the rich, warm liquid flowed into me, and I felt an intense, almost electrifying sensation. It was both foreign and familiar, and I found myself relishing the taste. The blood felt like a piece of him merging with me, a profound connection that made my heart race.

When I pulled back, Sebastian smiled at me with a playful glint in his eyes. "There's plenty more where that came from," he said softly, his voice a soothing balm.

He then gently tilted my head to the side, placing a soft kiss on my neck before sinking his teeth into my skin. The sensation was sharp but quickly turned into a deep, warm pleasure. His bite was intimate, tender, as if he was sealing a sacred promise. I shivered with the intensity of the moment, feeling the bond between us solidify in a way that was both thrilling and deeply comforting.

After he finished, he pulled away, and I felt a strange, powerful energy coursing through me. My body seemed to hum with a new vitality. My veins felt alive, and I could sense the transformation beginning. I touched my face and felt the veins beneath my skin shifting, my senses becoming more acute. I instinctively reached up to my mouth, feeling sharp, unfamiliar fangs protruding from my gums.

Sebastian's gaze was soft as he observed me, his eyes filled with pride and love. "You're beautiful," he whispered, his voice barely above a breath.

We leaned in, and our lips met in a kiss that sealed our vows and our new life together. The crowd erupted into applause, their cheers echoing through the hall. It was a joyous celebration of our union, a blending of old and new worlds.

As we stood together, the room seemed to radiate with warmth and acceptance. This was our beginning, and no matter what challenges lay ahead, I knew we would face them together, with love and strength
