3rd pov
Aaarrrgghh rushes around the library in search of various items, grabbing random ones within his arms. The problem? He’s supposed to be dead. You know, gone. Turned to stone.
As it turns out, after Cosette decided to be an idiot, the amulet had attached to Aaarrrgghh’s chest. Once the trio of Trollhunters found out a way to bring him back, they did. After a bit of a rampage, he came to his senses and they went to the forge. Then Aaarrrgghh returned, but he was obviously different. It all led to now, a ghost controlling the brute.
After obviously failing to get a portal open, they all made their way to the Gyre station. After a quick question asked by Blinky, Kanjigar spoke.
“Talking requires time, Blinkous, something we do not have. Things are dire. If we do not act now, James Lake, Jr. will die. Or worse…” He answers.
He made sure to keep his voice low with his addition to the explanation. He didn’t want to tell them that, but in this dire situation, he let it slip. They didn’t seem to notice, however. So he continued to lead them to the Gyre.
After breaking through the Gyre station with the Gyre itself and into the woods, right next to Killahead bridge, they all exited the Gyre.
“Oh, dear. We are officially fugitives from Trollmarket.” Blinky says in disbelief.
“Forget what they think. We must concentrate on what we do. We have all that we need.” Kanjigar says with haste.
“And then some.” Claire says.
“Okay, how does this crazy crime spree help us save Jimbo, exactly?” Toby asks, rushing up to stand next to Aaarrrgghh/Kanjigar.
“Friends, I have seen the impossible. A vision of you saving James Lakes, Jr. But to do so, you must follow the path I lay before you.” He says, placing the items on a crate.
“We've done the impossible before. We can handle it.” Claire says.
“I have my warhammer! It's hungry to smash.” Toby says, pulling out his shortened warhammer and igniting it, turning it into its original form.
“No, no weapons. In my plan, you will need nothing else but the knowledge and tools I will give you.” Kanjigar says, holding out his hand for the weapons.
“Aw, man.” Toby says, giving up his hammer.
“What possible chance do we stand if we are unarmed?” Blinky questions.
Kanjigar picks up the items he had placed down, exchanging them for the weapons.
“Each of you will be charged with a task. You must follow them to the letter if there is any hope of survival. Claire Nuñez, take this. In the Darklands, it will aid you in a key moment.” Kanjigar says, handing Claire a strangely shaped object.
“Uhm… Thank you?” She says, taking the object.
“Blinkous, take this flare crystal. Its blinding light will save your life.” Kanjigar says, handing the small troll a torch-looking thing.
“My life? Could I get some specificity on that statement?” Blinky says worriedly.
“Tobias Domzalski.” Kanjigar starts, turning to the small boy.
“Ooh, ooh, me, me, me! What do I get? What do I get?” Toby asks.
“You must ensure that your team only brings back James Lake, Jr. No one else.” He says.
“Okay, got it. Just Jim. Guess I got good advice… Wait! What about Cosette?” Toby asks at the sudden realization.
“Cosette?” He says in confusion.
