As the news of Fox and Yanna's official relationship spread, Rikka felt a mix of emotions. While she had initially supported their bond, a spark of jealousy ignited within her. She found herself determined to reclaim Fox's attention, believing that their connection was still up for grabs.

One sunny afternoon, Rikka decided to put her plan into action. She casually approached Fox at school, her demeanor friendly yet purposeful.

Rikka: "Hey, Fox! I heard about you and Yanna. Congratulations!" She smiled, but there was an edge to her voice that Fox couldn't quite place.

Fox: "Thanks, Rikka. It's been really great so far."

Rikka leaned against the wall, her posture relaxed, but her eyes gleamed with mischief. "You know, I always thought you and I had a special connection. It's a shame things didn't turn out differently."

Fox raised an eyebrow, sensing the underlying tension in her words. "Yeah, but we've always been just friends, Rikka. Yanna and I are really happy together."

Rikka smirked, twirling a strand of her hair around her finger. "Sure, but happiness can be fleeting, can't it? What if I told you I miss hanging out with you? Just the two of us like old times?"

Fox shifted uncomfortably, feeling the weight of her suggestion. "Rikka, I appreciate that, but I'm really focused on Yanna right now. She's important to me."

Rikka's smile faltered for a moment, but she quickly masked her disappointment. "Of course, but wouldn't it be fun to reminisce? We could grab some ice cream, just like we used to. No strings attached!"

Fox hesitated, caught off guard by her sudden offer. He could see the allure in Rikka's eyes, but he was resolute in his commitment to Yanna.

Fox: "I don't think that's a good idea. I don't want to give Yanna the wrong impression."

Rikka took a step closer, her voice low and inviting. "You wouldn't have to tell her. It could be our little secret. Just think about it, Fox. You and I have a chemistry that's hard to ignore."

Fox felt his heart race, but not out of excitement. He was aware of Rikka's attempts to sway him, and while he valued their friendship, he couldn't let himself be drawn back into that dynamic.

Fox: "Rikka, we're friends. That's all we'll ever be. I care about Yanna, and I want to respect her."

Rikka's expression hardened for a moment, but she quickly regained her composure. "Fine, but don't come crying to me when you realize that you've traded excitement for something boring."

As she walked away, Fox couldn't shake the uneasy feeling in his stomach. Rikka's words lingered in the air, a tempting reminder of the thrill that had once existed between them. But he pushed those thoughts aside, knowing that his heart belonged to Yanna now.

Later that day, Fox met Yanna after school, eager to share his thoughts. They sat on a bench, the sun casting a warm glow around them.

Fox: "Hey, I want to talk about something that happened today."

Yanna looked up, her expression curious. "What's on your mind?"

Fox took a deep breath, wanting to be honest. "Rikka approached me earlier, and she seemed... a little too interested. She suggested we hang out, just the two of us."

Yanna's eyes narrowed slightly, her heart racing at the thought. "What did you say?"

Fox: "I told her I was focused on us. But I could tell she was trying to tempt me. I want you to know that I'm committed to you, Yanna."
