❟❛❟ CHAPTER TWENTY TWO ❟❛❟

"I DON'T WANT TO SEE YOUR FACES AGAIN! Now, go home, you planktons!"

Todoroki, holding their provisional hero licenses, couldn't help but smile. In his hand were three cards: his, Akame's, and Bakugou's. He had read the bio-data on them several times, almost in disbelief. They'd finally achieved it.

"Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight," Todoroki read aloud from Bakugou's card, his tone as flat as ever but with a hint of amusement. "You really wanted to use this name, huh? After all of our efforts to suggest the better name."

"That's a mouthful," Akame remarked, her eyes narrowing as she glanced at Bakugou's hero name. "Sounds like something a kid would come up with."

"Shut up! That name is already really cool!" Bakugou snapped, his eyes blazing as he shot Akame a glare.

"All it does is make everyone afraid of you," Todoroki deadpanned.

Akame tilted her head, her face blank but there was a teasing glint in her eyes. "I'm not sure you can be the number one hero with that name."

Todoroki nodded, agreeing with her. "I preferred the name you suggested, Akame. 'Ground Zero' fits better—cooler, but not antagonistic."

Akame smiled slightly. "Exactly. Especially 'Dynamight'... it makes it obvious you're a big All Might fan." She shrugged. "Seems like Midoriya's less fanatical than you, huh."

"Shut up! Don't compare me to Deku!" Bakugou growled, his fists clenching. "And what's with that hero name, 'Madara'? It's got no origin!"

Akame frowned. "Oi, that name has a deep meaning. At least I'm not using my real name."

"I didn't know what name to use," Todoroki admitted, blankly staring at them. "So I just used mine."

Bakugou huffed, crossing his arms. "And that's not what you call creative."

Todoroki just sighed in resignation as he walked towards the parking lot. His gaze was fixed on All Might, Shiketsu's teacher, and Gang Orca talking about something they didn't feel the need to hear. And he suddenly spoke, "What kind of hero do you want to be?"

"Isn't it obvious?" Bakugou grinned, his eyes sparking with fierce determination. "I want to be the number one hero. The hero who always wins."

Todoroki's lips curved into a small smile. Of course, Bakugou's resolve wouldn't change. "As for me, I want to be a hero who makes others feel safe. Someone who can bring comfort to those in need."
