Ivy Zombies were formerly human scientists of the NEST laboratory infected by seedlings from the mutated Plant 43, which attacked them during the T-Virus outbreak in Raccoon City. They are encountered by Claire Redfield and Leon Kennedy during their exploration of NEST, but they are later all destroyed alongside NEST after the facility's self-destruct.
