Hood, also known as High-End, was one of Dr. Garaki's intelligent High-End Nomu and the primary antagonist of the Pro Hero Arc.
Tier: 8-A |High 6-C, higher with various Quirks
Classification: Artificial Human, Villain
Powers and Abilities: Superhuman physical characteristics, expert hand to hand combatant (Has martial arts experience that All For One considered noteworthy embedded into his muscle memory. Outskilled both Rappa and Mirko, though they were younger at the time), body control and transformation (Has a shapeshifting quirk that allows him to transform the core structure of his body by propagating cells at high speeds, granting him the ability to bulk up, stretch his limbs, and grow to enormous sizes on a whim), regeneration (Mid-Low; Able to heal broken bones, sliced tendons, and from being shot in the eye)|All previous abilities, plus: Large Size (Type 0; Much larger than Doctor Garaki and Endeavor even in his normal state), enhanced senses (Can recognize orders from radio waves), flight (With Shoulder Mounted Jets), regeneration (Mid with Super Regeneration. Can regenerate from his severed head and heal brain damage), immorality (Types 2 and 3; Nomus can keep fighting even if significant part of their bodies are destroyed. Their powerful regeneration allows them to ignore fatal injuries), self-sustenance (Types 2 and 3; All Nomus come from reanimated corpses, and were made to never get tired no matter how damaged they are or how much they exert themselves), statistics amplification (With Muscle Augmentation and Power), summoning (With Storage. Can summon at least 9 Nomus)
Attack Potency: Multi-City Block level+(Broke Rapper's shoulder with a single punch. Stronger than O'Clock)|Large Island level+ (Doctor Garaki stated he made the High-Ends to be the most powerful of all his Nomus, including even the USJ Nomu), higher with various Quirks (Overpowered Endeavor, who was capable of harming High-Ends that were made to be as durable as Hood is. Stated to be able to cause even greater damage than All For One at Kamino)
Speed: High Hypersonic reactions and combat speed (Capable of dodging punches from Rapper's Strongarm)|Relativistic+ (Was stated by Endeavor to be faster than him. He has physical stats that surpass the USJ Nomu. Comparable to the Near High-End that was fast enough to deceive Star and Stripes and the X-66s)
Lifting Strength: Unknown (Easily lifted part of a steel cage to use it as a weapon)|Class P (High-Ends are stronger than even the USJ Nomu), higher with various Quirks
Striking Strength: Multi-City Block level+|Large Island level+, higher with various Quirks
Durability: Multi-City Block level+ (Took a barrage of punches from Rapper's Strongarm with little damage)|Large Island level+ (Just as durable as the Near High-End Nomu that took several strikes from Star and Stripe's Fist Bump to the Earth, which dispersed away a large amount of clouds as a side effect of her clap), higher with various Quirks
Stamina: Superhuman (He can only fight for a few minutes before his abilities begin to fall. However, he isn't shown to be tied whatsoever)|Infinite (Hood never appeared to be tired during his battle against Endeavor, despite being burned to a crisp on numerous occasions. Stated by All For One to be tireless)
Range: Standard Melee Range, up to Tens of Meters with Shapeshifting (Able to extend his arms across long distances)|Extended melee range by sheer size, up to Hundreds of Meters with transforming arms (Can smash through the buildings of a city block)
Standard Equipment: His Quirk "Storage" allows him to carry 9 different White Nomus with him, which are as strong as a casual Gran Torino.
Intelligence: Above Average (Unlike most Nomus, who only follow orders and have no mind of their own, Hood is an intuitive strategist and somewhat capable of independent speech. Before being transformed into a High-End Nomu, Hood was already an experienced fighter, and this combat experience was retained in his memory after the procedure)
Weakness: His fighting style does not suit his Shapeshifting Quirk. Bulking up shifts his body weight off balance and screws up his center of gravity. So while his actual attacks are swift, his windups tend to lag. His power, speed, and regeneration takes a noise dive after a few minutes of fighting. |Hood cannot regenerate if his head is destroyed, so he takes special care of protecting his head during battle, which could give his enemies a clue about his weaknesses.
Notable Attacks and Techniques:
Quirks: Hood possesses 6 different Quirks that he can use at will and without any gimmicks or repercussions.
•Transformation Arms: Hood can shapeshift his arms to create powerful, elastic strikes or turn them into wings to assist with his flight.
•Shoulder Mounted Jets: Hood has four shoulder mounted jets on him which he can use in combination with his Transforming Arms to fly.
•Super Regeneration: Hood can regenerate from mortal injuries, lost limbs, and even his entire body's destruction as long as his head is intact.
•Muscle Augmentation: Hood is capable of augmenting the muscle fibers in his body, increasing the power and speed of his movements.
•Power: Hood's body contains enormous amounts of power which he uses to increase the strength of his attacks.
•Storage: Hood can store at least nine other Nomus inside of his body and eject them at will to provide reinforcements during battle.
Notable Victories:
Ditto (Pokemon) Ditto's Profile (Hood was used. Ditto had the Impostor ability and time to transform)
Notable Losses:
Izuku Midoriya (My Hero Academia) Deku's Profile (Hood and 45% Deku was used)
