T-103 was a Tyrant sent into Raccoon City during the 1998 Raccoon City Destruction Incident. Also called T-00 was one of six within the T-103 series that were airlifted into the city, and was given instructions to recover a G-Virus sample from the pendant of Sherry Birikin and kill any surviving officers and civilians found in the Raccoon Police Department where it began a hunt of Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield who were trying to escort Sherry to safety.

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman physical characteristics, transformation, berserk mode (Would go berserk if its limiter is damaged or destroyed), regeneration (High-Low), resistance to pain (Doesn't flinch from a knife being stabbed through its hand, as well as being set on fire and shot by a grenade launcher) and Corrosion inducement (Able to withstand dozens of shots from Acid Rounds before being stunned), limited resistance to fire and electricity
Attack Potency: At least Wall level+(Effortlessly destroyed walls, which yielded this much)|At least Wall level+(Stronger than before, its transformation destroys its Limiter Coat. Broke a large chunk of reinforced concrete debris)
Speed: Peak Human travel speed with higher combat speed |Superhuman with higher combat speed (Faster than before)
Lifting Strength: At least Class 10 (Can easily push up a helicopter with one hand)|At least Class 10, likely higher

Weakness: It's heart; once it mutates into the "Super Tyrant" form, the heart starts to grow in size, causing it to protrude slightly from the chest, making it an easier target for killing.
Note: Except the Resident Evil 1 remake, all other remakes that includes Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3 Remakes are considered an alternate timeline of the main Resident Evil canon.
