Isaac, Pam, and Felicia had reached the comms building ten minutes later. Thankfully, they didn't encounter any cultists as of yet.

And inside they found someone lounging inside. Her name is Kathrine, a 17-year-old employee of the Nova with a cybernetic left arm and wearing a mask to maintain her body condition. Kathrine is in charge of monitoring and managing all the systems and reporting any problems. But rarely anything happens here so she's mostly watching videos and playing games. She saw Isaac and the others but didn't mind.
Katherine: Well, well, well. What brings a bunch of civilians all the way here to the comm room? If you're trying to call the military, forget it. Nobody is around to answer anything since all the adults are gone.
Pam: Why are you here?
Katherine: I got promoted by Robert. I'm pretty good with tech, so, go figure. Can I help you with something?
Isaac: We're here to fix whatever's wrong with the comm links and find our friend.
Katherine: Ahh, so I take it that you're the ones who fixed the poisoned air problem? Robert's been calling of how pleased he was. But yeah, the data board for the central hub got fried due to some loose wires and I've been meaning to go replace it with this here spare one. Buuut, I'm not really suited for walking around hazardous conditions.
Pam: How hazardous?
Katherine got up and showed everyone the problem. The path to the central hub was completely electrified due to loosen wires and water on the floor.
Katherine: As you can see, one of the pipes bursts opened and some the electric wires landed inside. So yeah, there's no walking to replace the data board without being fried to a crisp. I'd do it myself, but my cybernetics don't provide any protection from electricity.
Isaac: Not unless you can't die.
Without warning, Isaac snatched the data board and ran to the central hub. Inside the room the entire floor had electrified water. But Isaac ran through it anyway to replace the data board. He felt the electrified water frying his insides but at the same time he kept regenerating from what should kill him. When he reached the central hub, he took out the fried data board and placed in the new one. And thankfully this high tech was immune from the electricity coursing through Isaac's body.
Once he was done, he left the room, then his body fully regenerated. Katherine saw the whole thing and was completely freaked out.
Katherine: Holy fucking shit! What kind of implants or nanites are you using?!
Isaac: I'm not augmented, it's a long story! But are the comm links working?
Katherine: Normally I'd shoot you down after what I just saw.... Buuut, you're not as scary as Dana. So yeah, comm links are working, so you can totally call whoever you want. Thanks for the help, Superman!
