Poor Tanisha was still crying and mourning for the death of Duke and Kyle. Kevin placed his hand on her shoulder but didn't say a word. And then Scully started preaching again.
Scully: Do not mourn for them because they're not with us but be grateful that they once were. That's the American saying, yes?
Tanisha: It doesn't matter. I promised I'd protect them. And now they're dead.
Scully: But these girls are alive. And you can keep them way. Come on, don't far apart on us, not when we can still save the children.
Girl: AHHH!! IT'S THE SCARY MONSTER!!

Rising from the sewer water was a huge ghastly demon. The frightening face almost looks like it was smiling. The demon ignored everyone else and tried to grab one of the girls. Tanisha immediately used her sword and sliced off his arm before he could touch the scared girls.
Tanisha: Stay behind me, girls!
Girl: But the scary monster will kill us all!
Tanisha: No, he fucking won't!
Kevin: Let's take it down!
Scully and Kevin started shooting the giant monster with their plasma rifles. They were filling him with holes, but he was still ignoring everyone to get the girls. When he tried to grab them again, Tanisha sliced off the second arm. And this time she sliced off one of the legs to make him fall. But that demon was still alive and tried to get up to get the girls. Tanisha climbed on top of the demon and stepped on his head.
Tanisha: This is for all the kids you've killed, you ugly son of a bitch!!
She used her sword and sliced off the demon's head. Then she stabbed his heart multiple times while furious. This seemed to work because the demon was finally dead. Tanisha took a deep breath and put her sword away.
Scully: And you will know my name is the Lord when I cast my vengeance upon you.
Kevin: This is not the time for a bible quote.
Girl: Is it over? Are we safe from the scary monster?
Kevin: Yes. You're both safe. Follow us and we'll get you out of here.
Girl 2: But with another scary monster comes to eat us?
Tanisha: Those monsters should be more scared of us.
Despite how they failed to save Duke and Kyle, they saved those poor little girls. A small but costly victory. So now every ventured through the sewers to escape.
As for Isaac, Baxter, and Felicia, they searched the upstairs to find the toy room where the kids were kept. They've searched six rooms, and they haven't found anything. Benny still took the lead. And then suddenly all the lights went out for three seconds and then came back on. But that's when every saw blood splattered everywhere, even though it wasn't there before. The extent of Alice's reality warping powers is unknown.
