Travis

I couldn't believe Taylor was pregnant. She'd seemed terrified of what I might say when she told me, but once I'd calmed her down I could see that deep down, Taylor desperately wanted this baby. She was a natural mother, and she'd be incredible.

I was scared of having a baby in my line of work, but I knew I had enough resources to do it. Bodyguards, security detail, I'd spare no expense for my girl and my baby. They'd be safe every second of every day.

"Kitten." I whispered as Taylor stroked my hand that rested on her stomach. "I want you to move in with me."

"What?" Taylor looked up at me.

"For safety, and for the baby." I told her. "It's secure, it's big, and there's a few spare rooms. You can pick one to turn into a nursery."

"Really?" Her bright blue eyes widened in shock. "You'd want me?"

"Yeah." I kissed her cheek. "I know I love you, and we're having a baby. We should bring them into a nice, family home, with a little nursery and a back garden." Taylor gave a little smile as I talked, leaning closer to listen. I got the hint she wanted to know more about the little family life I was painting for her. "And a little pool." I whispered, tracing my hand up and down the side of her thigh. "For when the baby learns to swim. They'll have those little inflatable arm bands, and they'll jump into your arms because they know you'll always catch them. And we can all curl up on the couch together at the end of the day to watch a movie, and the baby will fall asleep on your chest."

"Okay." Taylor whispered, her eyes wet with tears. "Okay I'll move in with you. You're one smooth talker." I chuckled, and she leaned in to kiss me softly. "And you know." She whispered. "Maybe one day the baby can have a little sibling."

"Already planning the next one huh?" I joked, and peals of Taylor's sweet laughter filled the room.

Once we'd talked it over a little, Taylor went home to break the news to Selena that one, she was pregnant, and two, she was moving in with me. She was such a sweetheart that she'd already decided to keep paying her part of the rent until the lease was up or Selena found another roommate or got promoted at work. And I'd already decided I was going to pay that for her, since Taylor constantly worried about money. But I'd take care of that from now on.

I made a doctor's appointment and then put some security into place, putting a transfer in for a bodyguard. If Taylor wasn't with me, a bodyguard would be with her at all times. Nothing would ever happen to her or the baby, and if anyone so much as touched a hair on her head, I'd slaughter them. Everyone knew that by the time I left the bar.

When I got home, the first thing I did was go onto my computer to order some things. A dresser for Taylor, things for the bathroom, kitchen. Some things I knew she liked but would stay at the apartment when she left. She could pick out everything else she wanted when she moved in, whatever she wanted for herself and the baby. I'd buy her anything she wanted.

Taylor

"Fucking hell." Selena whispered, sitting back against the couch. I bit my lip, waiting for a reaction. I'd just dumped this all on her; the baby, me moving out.

"I know it's a lot." I rested a hand on her arm. "I'm still trying to wrap my head around it too."

"You're living with him." She stated.

"Well we're having a baby, they should have a proper home."

"Tay you've known the guy like six weeks." Selena looked at me, and I could see the judgement in her eyes when she looked at me. I blinked. "I figured you guys were just having some kind of hot and heavy thing and you'd see sense soon, but this is way too fast and you know it. You can't live with him, and you sure as hell can't have a baby with him."
