When Bonnie asked Kore for a favor, she didn't see herself at the Salvatore home. She thought it was going to be sapphires. Or a new spell. Not dealing with the idiots of Mystic falls. Butt hat's what she gets for agreeing before asking what the favor was. They knocked on the door and the older one answered. Kore rolled her eyes. "What can I do for you witches?" he asked them.

"Your brother here?" Kore asked as she walked in without an invitation.

"Who's asking?"

"Me. Clearly," she said. The man in question appeared at the bottom of the steps.

"Didn't know I had done anything that condoned the visit of the Wicked Witch,"he snarked.

"You're lucky I like that name. How would you like to be un bitch made?" she asked him and Stefan looked at hr in confusion.

"Aunt Kore has a way to break the compulsion from Klaus. This will be her and my only offer of help. Nothing else. And what you do from this point on, will be on you. Including your fight with Klaus. And I say Klaus, not the Mikaelsons because if you come after anyone but him, you have made yourself our enemy," Bonnie explained and Kore was quite proud of her.

"Big words from a little witch," Stefan said and Damon snickered.

"Ten seconds and the offer expires you can eternally be Klaus' bitch. Three, Two, One-"

"Wait," Damon said and his brother only raised his brow at him, "You're going to mess with his mind?"

"No, I'm going to remove the compulsion."

"Okay,"

"Damon, last I checked your name wasn't Stefan."

"No brother, but we need to get his will out of you. And they can help. Then we're free to attack him in full force."

"Klaus only," Bonnie reminded them.

"Will it hurt?" Stefan asked.

"Does it matter?" Kore asked him as she handed Bonnie her purse. She walked over to Stefan and put her hands on the side of his face. Her eyes went silver as she reached into his mind. He groaned and dropped to the floor, Kore coming with him easily. She made his mind his own. He collapsed on the floor and Kore stood up, "Done here."

Bonnie and Kore headed out. Bonnie looked over at her aunt. "Thank you."

"For what?" Kore asked her.

"I know you don't really like them so thank you for helping me."

"I'll always help you. And I think Stefan Salvatore is a ripper and a love struck idiot ,but I don't think anyone deserves to have their free will taken away." They get in the car.

"Can we eat lamb for dinner?"

"Not unless you want it on pizza," Kore told her as they drove off.

Rebekah walked into her brother's home to hear hm talking on the phone. He hung up quickly. "What was that about?" she asked him.

"Nothing."

"Oh goody, lying,"

"Nothing you should worry about."

"A little better."

"Over the years, when I part from Nik, I go different places. I met different people. A lot of wolves. They're worried about Nik. And they don't want him to force them into being hybrids."

"So they want you to do what?"

"They want me to protect them."

"How?"

"I don't know. But I'm going to talk to Kore about it." They heard scratching and look to the backdoor.

"Guess she's home. Who the hell gets three puppies?" Rebekah asked as Porthos, Aramis, and Athan came rushing in followed by Kore then Bonnie.

"Hello, family," Kore said happily, kissing Rebekah on the cheek before kissing Rik on the lips.

"Hell, love. Why so happy?"

"I'm quite a happy person."

"No, you really aren't," the three of them said simultaneously. She laughed.

"Well, okay."

"But we love you just the same," Rik said.

"Thank you?"

"We are going to watch television while you both cook dinner," Rebekah said, dragging Bonnie away.

"You could offer to help!" Kore called out after Rebekah but knew it was a moot point. Rik and Kore went into the kitchen to look for something to cook. Kore bent over as she looked in the fridge, "Stuffed mushrooms sound good?"

"With pizza?" He asked as he grabbed the pizza dough from where they'd left it to rise.

"Well you come up with some ideas," she turned around to see him staring at her, "What?"

"Nothing. I just really love you."

"And you knew it by staring at my ass?"

"No, I- I want to talk to you about something. I want to ask for help but I don't want you to feel obligated," he said. She shut the fridge.

"Okay. What is happening?" Fredrik explained to her about the wolves that had been calling him. "And what do you want to do about it?"

"I want to figure out a way to help them. I want to be their leader but if they're hybrids, they're dead."

"So you want me to figure out how to make them able to access your hybrid abilities without having to do the whole take my blood, snap the neck, feed on the doppelganger thing," she said, nodding as she began thinking.

"Do you think it can be done?"

"Oh my love, anything can be done with faith and magic." He smirked at her.

They made the pizza and instead of sitting at the table, they ate it off the pizza stones in front of the television. "So Christmas?" Bonnie asked.

"Your passport should be here any day. Then we'll buy the tickets. And we're actually doing Yule this year." Rebekah looked at Fredrik.

"Just like we used to?"

"Well father won't get drunk and beat Nik and I. Mother won't apologize for him and gift us something to help us when it hindered us."

"Okay, not the time," Kore said but then sighed, "I'm sorry you had to go through that. We can make new Yule memories."

"Fredrik it wasn't all bad. You forgot about my matching warriors," Rebekah said. She still had them. They had laid with her in her coffin. Reminders that Klaus loved her no matter how he treated her. Fredrik, she knew, she always knew his affection for her. But he never stood up to Nik. Not until he met Kore.

"I'm sorry, sister. You are correct. We had good times."

"Thank you," she said.

Kore and Rik laid in bed that night. "Finally figured out what I've known all along?" Rik asked her as they caught their breath from their lovemaking.

"What are you talking about?"

"That was the first time you didn't ask for protection." She sat up quickly.

"Shite," she said. He sat up too.

"Nothing will happen. Nothing can happen. I've been a vampire for a thousand years." He kissed the side of her head but she just kept thinking. It wasn't like she didn't want children. Especially children with Fredrik. Maybe everything would be okay.
