The sun rose slowly over the island, casting a soft, golden glow over the once serene and now fractured beach. The morning air felt thick with unresolved tension, hanging heavy around the house as the girls moved in silence. What had once felt like a paradise getaway had become a place filled with too many memories, too many secrets, and too many broken hearts.

Morgan and Julissa were in the living room, their suitcases neatly packed by the door, both sitting in quiet contemplation. The decision had been made last night after another round of tense conversations, but the finality of it hadn't really sunk in until this moment. It was time to leave. Time to return home to Justice, to face the mess that had unfolded and try to make sense of the pieces.

Julissa stared out the window, watching the waves roll up onto the shore in the distance. "It feels strange, doesn't it?" she said softly, not turning to face Morgan. "Like... this wasn't how it was supposed to end."

Morgan nodded but said nothing. There was no denying that everything had changed. The fallout from the previous night's revelations still lingered in the air, unresolved, leaving everyone unsure of where they stood with one another.

The sound of footsteps behind them pulled Julissa from her thoughts, and she turned to see Lola standing in the doorway. Unlike Morgan and Julissa, Lola wasn't holding any bags, and there was a hardness in her eyes that hadn't softened despite everything that had happened.

"I'm ready," Lola said simply, her voice cool and distant.

Morgan stood up, crossing her arms. "Are you sure about this, Lola? Because it doesn't seem like you care about any of it."

Lola shrugged, feigning indifference. "What do you want me to say? That I'm falling apart? That I regret everything? I don't. Not the way you want me to."

Julissa narrowed her eyes, her frustration finally breaking through. "How can you be like this? After everything, after what happened with Justice, you're still pretending like none of this matters."

Lola's lips curled into a small, bitter smile. "Maybe because it doesn't. Maybe because there are things I'm dealing with that you'll never understand."

Morgan shook her head, her own anger flaring. "That's the problem, Lola. You keep pushing us away. You've been lying for so long, manipulating all of us, even Hoseok."

At the mention of Hoseok's name, a flicker of something crossed Lola's face, a brief moment of vulnerability. But just as quickly, she masked it, returning to her icy demeanor. Without a word, she pulled a letter from her pocket and held it out to Morgan.

Morgan eyed the letter suspiciously. "What is this?"

"It's for Hoseok," Lola said flatly. "Since he's not here and I can't face him right now, I'm asking you to give it to Namjoon. He'll know what to do with it."

Julissa exchanged a glance with Morgan, unsure of whether to take the letter. "Why don't you just give it to Hoseok yourself?"

Lola's eyes hardened, her jaw tightening. "Because I can't, okay? I can't face him after everything. I don't expect him to forgive me, but he deserves to know why I did what I did."

Morgan hesitated for a moment before finally taking the letter. "I hope this helps," she said quietly, "but I don't know if it will."

Lola turned away, brushing off the comment. "It doesn't matter."

By mid-afternoon, the girls were packed and ready to leave. The silence between them was heavy, each of them lost in their own thoughts as they waited for the boys to arrive. The decision to end the trip had been difficult, but staying on the island after everything that had happened wasn't an option anymore. Not with Justice gone and the cracks in their friendship too wide to mend.
