The night was still young when the girls left the club, buzzing from the energy of the music, the neon lights, and the carefree dancing. They had let themselves go, for the first time in a long while, and it felt good. And when ATEEZ suggested an after-party back at the girls' house, no one objected.

Julissa, leading the pack, glanced at San, who had barely left her side the whole night. His confidence was infectious, and for once, she didn't feel the need to overthink every interaction. Morgan laughed as Hongjoong cracked another joke, the two of them having found a lighthearted rhythm during the night. Justice, typically reserved, had loosened up in Wooyoung's company, and even Lola, who struggled to keep herself grounded most days, was having an easy conversation with Mingi.

Their walk back to the house felt like an extension of the club—laughter, casual flirting, and the excitement of new friends. But underneath it all, the girls' secrets lingered like shadows, threatening to darken the light mood.

"We can keep the party going for a bit longer, right?" Wooyoung grinned, already eyeing the girls' house as it came into view.

"Of course," Justice replied, giving him a playful shove. "We don't have any neighbors to worry about."

Except that wasn't exactly true.

The mood in the BTS house had been tense since the girls left for the club. None of the older members could shake the irritation bubbling under the surface, imagining the attention the girls were getting. They hadn't voiced it outright, but the shared frustration was palpable. Even though they had no right to feel possessive or jealous, something about the girls being out there, dressed the way they were, surrounded by strangers, gnawed at them.

Yoongi had been the quietest, nursing his emotions with a drink in hand, eyes occasionally drifting to the window. Namjoon had retreated into himself, mind spinning with thoughts about Morgan, and the uneasy feeling in his gut that he couldn't shake. Seokjin and Hoseok, typically more lighthearted, exchanged glances but didn't say much.

"Do you think they're still at the club?" Hoseok asked, breaking the silence.

"Maybe. Or they've moved on to another party," Seokjin muttered, leaning back in his seat with a frown.

Before anyone could respond, Jungkook, who had been monitoring the window like a hawk, perked up. "Uh, hyungs? You should come take a look."

Namjoon stood first, joined quickly by Yoongi and Hoseok. What they saw made the irritation in their chests spike instantly. The girls were back—but they weren't alone. A group of guys walked alongside them, familiar faces that sent a jolt through the air.

"That's ATEEZ," Namjoon said, his voice low with disbelief.

Yoongi's expression darkened, his fists clenching involuntarily. "What the hell are they doing with them?"

"I thought they said it was just a girls' night," Seokjin added, though his tone was more confused than angry. He wasn't sure why it bothered him so much, but the sight of the girls laughing and talking so comfortably with the other group stirred something he hadn't expected.

Without hesitation, the hyung line exchanged glances, the decision unspoken but unanimous. They weren't just going to sit around and watch.

The after-party had started casually enough. The girls had brought out drinks, and ATEEZ made themselves comfortable on the living room couches. Music played softly in the background, the atmosphere light and easy, though beneath the surface, each of the girls was beginning to feel the weight of the night creep back in.
