"What are you all doing here?!" I stared at my father and Alonzo. I needed to do a whole other conversation with Diego. "Diego? Seriously?"

"Arine?" Diego said totally ignoring me while Arine turned her head the other way.

I raised my eyebrow. They knew each other?

"Camelli." Alonzo said, a sharpness in his voice. Guess all that effort went to trash with slut shaming myself.

"Pierce." I smiled. Then I turned to look at my father who was trying to analyse me. "Father."

"Let's get through all this bullshit. All of you sit in the sofa."

"What about Arine?" Diego said, suggesting she shouldn't be here, a low grunt in his voice. Pierce and I stared at him at the same time and I felt his stare flickering on my face too. I ignored it.

"They will discuss this later anyways, let them both be here." My father answered.

"What do you need here, father?" I stared at him, a harshness in my gaze. Arine slapped my hand softly.

"Do you know a woman named Clandestine?" My father asked me and Diego chocked on air.

"Any problems with being here, Diego?" Alonzo questioned him, a coldness and a threat in his voice. My father was waiting on the answer too.

Diego stared at me, one of his lips curled up.

"No,no.." he drew a hand up his face hiding his smile. "It's just.." he coughed. "really out of pocket. Yeah."

If he didn't know what they would ask me, why is he here?

"Why have you bowed to her?" Pierce attacked him now instead of me. Guess he couldn't wait.

Arine looked confused but didn't voice any thoughts out.

"Who?" Diego seemed confused and I know he didn't know if they were talking about me or Clandestine, which is ironic, really.

"Who the fuck do you think, asshole?" My father growled. "My daughter, of course."

I drew one eyebrow up. My father reminded me of a mafia boss. I guess I got the personality traits from somewhere.

"Uh.." Say we dated for fucks sake. Please. "For a period of time, she was my girlfriend and I wanted to respect her, and I bowed to her. What's so unbelievable about that?"

He stared at Arine and she stared at me. I threw her a look that said 'It's a lie' and she nodded. Diego seemed calmer when he saw her expression.

"You didn't date." My father said.

"We did." I entered the conversation.

"You? Shut the fuck up, Camelli. I have a whole different conversation that includes you." Pierce threw the threat up in the air that even Diego stared at me, pleading.

"But we did." I kept going.

"Did he tell you who Clandestine is?" Alonzo questioned. To this Diego choked on air again. My father threw him a look.

He made me Clandestine and ordered me to kill your grandfather making me earn that name. Now you. So ironic, really.

What the fuck am I supposed to answer to this?

"I overheard a conversation, yes." Most likely I was the one killing.

Alonzo stared at my face, my eyes. His eyes held ice but heat. Anger, but a different type of heat too.
