I woke up this morning to a knock at my door. "The fuck?" I picked my phone up and looked at the time. "Who in the actual hell is knocking on my door at damn near nine on the morning?" I snapped as I threw the covers back. I walked to the frobt door and snatched it open. "A delivery for a." The man glanced down at his clipboard. "Ma- um." "Makyha?" "Yes, Makyha Roberts." He looked back up at me. "Yes that's me." "Okay. Come on guys, this is the right place!" He leaned over the wall and yelled.

           I stood there utterly confused. The fuck is going on? And what the hell did I order? Seconds later I heard footsteps coming up the stairs. Men started appearing in my view holding vases of flowers. I beamed looking at the pretty flowers. "Thank you." I smiled at the man as I took the first two vases and sat them on the empty space by the front door. I took the last four vases then closed the door. I picked the vases up one by one and put them all on my living room table. I pulled the card from the vase of pink roses then plopped down on the couch smiling.

         "𝐼 𝑟𝑒𝑚𝑒𝑏𝑒𝑟 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑠𝑎𝑖𝑑 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑊𝑒𝑑𝑛𝑒𝑠𝑑𝑎𝑦 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝐹𝑟𝑖𝑑𝑎𝑦 𝑖𝑠 𝑦𝑜 𝑓𝑎𝑣𝑜𝑟𝑖𝑡𝑒 𝑑𝑎𝑦𝑠 𝑜𝑓 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑤𝑒𝑒𝑘. 𝑆𝑜 𝑓𝑟𝑜𝑚 𝑛𝑜𝑤 𝑜𝑛 𝑒𝑥𝑝𝑒𝑐𝑡 𝑓𝑙𝑜𝑤𝑒𝑟𝑠 𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑦 𝑜𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑟 𝑊𝑒𝑑𝑛𝑒𝑠𝑑𝑎𝑦. 𝑇ℎ𝑒𝑠𝑒 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑟𝑖𝑔ℎ𝑡 𝑜𝑛𝑒𝑠 𝑟𝑖𝑔ℎ𝑡? 𝑅𝑜𝑠𝑒𝑠, 𝑐𝑎𝑟𝑛𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑠 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑡𝑢𝑙𝑖𝑝𝑠 𝑦𝑜 𝑓𝑎𝑣𝑠 𝑎𝑖𝑛'𝑡 𝑖𝑡? 𝐼 𝑑𝑒𝑓𝑖𝑛𝑖𝑡𝑒𝑙𝑦 𝑟𝑒𝑚𝑒𝑚𝑏𝑒𝑟 𝑝𝑖𝑛𝑘 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑜𝑟𝑎𝑛𝑔𝑒 𝑏𝑒𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑦𝑜 𝑓𝑎𝑣𝑜𝑟𝑖𝑡𝑒 𝑐𝑜𝑙𝑜𝑟𝑠. 𝐼 𝑙𝑜𝑣𝑒 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑃ℎ𝑎𝑡."

         I looked at all the flowers and just smiled. He literally got me pink and orange of each flower. I picked up the card from the orange roses and read it.

          "𝐼 𝑟𝑒𝑚𝑒𝑏𝑒𝑟 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑦 𝑓𝑖𝑟𝑠𝑡 𝑑𝑎𝑦 𝐼 𝑠𝑎𝑤 𝑦𝑜𝑢. 𝑌𝑜𝑢 𝑤𝑎𝑠 𝑐𝑜𝑚𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑢𝑝 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑠𝑡𝑎𝑖𝑟𝑠 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝐼 𝑤𝑎𝑠 𝑐𝑜𝑚𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑑𝑜𝑤𝑛 𝑒𝑚. 𝑊ℎ𝑒𝑛 𝐼 𝑠𝑎𝑤 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝐼 𝑤𝑎𝑠 𝑙𝑖𝑘𝑒 "𝑑𝑎𝑚𝑛" 𝑏𝑢𝑡 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑘𝑛𝑜𝑤 𝑚𝑒, ℎ𝑎𝑑 𝑡𝑜 𝑝𝑙𝑎𝑦 𝑖𝑡 𝑐𝑜𝑜𝑙. 𝑆𝑜 𝐼 𝑗𝑢𝑠𝑡 𝑑𝑖𝑑 𝑎 𝑙𝑖𝑙 𝑙𝑜𝑜𝑘 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑙𝑜𝑜𝑘𝑒𝑑 𝑎𝑤𝑎𝑦, 𝑏𝑢𝑡 𝐼 𝑤𝑎𝑠 𝑠𝑒𝑐𝑒𝑟𝑡𝑙𝑦 ℎ𝑜𝑝𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝐼 𝑠𝑒𝑒𝑛 𝑦𝑜 𝑝𝑟𝑒𝑡𝑡𝑦 𝑎𝑠𝑠 𝑎𝑔𝑎𝑖𝑛."

           I smiled big as hell thinking about that day. I definitely remember it too. I remember looking at him and thinking how fine he is and how I ain't never seen him round here before. I put the card back and grabbed the card from the orange carnations.
