            "I'm so happy all of y'all are here." Mama Jackie came walking in the kitchen as we all stood around cooking. "Hi ma." I hugged her. "Hey mommy, why you happy we all here?" Mimi hugged her next. "Lord is this about Jade's birthday?" I huffed. We been back from Bahamas for a whole two weeks now and the whole family been lecturing us about the trip since. And truth be told, I'm soooo over hearing they fucking mouths. They started with us first and we finished it!

             They lucky we ain't whoop they asses. "No this ain't about Jade's birthday, y'all heard a mouth full about that already." She rolled her eyes. "But I did have a dream about fish. I had the dream three times now. I had it last month, I had it last week and I had it last night. Now is it anything one of y'all gotta tell me?" She looked around at all of us seriously. "Ma." Jade looked at her like really? "No." Mimi shook her head. All of them looked at me.

           "Come on now, I been getting drunk with y'all for how long? No I'm not pregnant!" "Okay well somebody is and imma get to the bottom of it." She nodded and walked out the kitchen. "Every time she have that dream somebody be pregnant for real." Jade shook her head. "Well we know it ain't none of us, maybe it's somebody else." I shrugged. "That's trueeee. Welp, that had nothing to do with us. Let's make a drink to celebrate!" Mimi slung the refrigerator open and grabbed the bottle of don.

              "Period, I know that's righttttt!" Jade started twerking. I pulled three glasses down. Mimi poured a nice amount in the glasses. I grabbed the orange juice and cranapple juice then poured both into the glasses. "Ice or no?" I looked between them. "Nahhh, we ain't no pussies." Jade waved me off. We all grabbed the cups and cheered. "Kyha your phone was in the living room ringing." Man man Jade's lil brother bought me my phone. It stopped ringing as soon as it touched my hand. I looked at it and it was Dae calling.

I clicked his name and called him back. "Hi my love." "Wassup bae, what you doing?" "Nothing just chilling with the girls." I smiled. Every time I talk to him I get all giddy like a kid. "It's a block party in my hood tonight, you wanna go?" "Of course, I love a good hood jam." "Man." He sucked his teeth. "Ask yo sistas if they wanna come." "Y'all it's a block party in Dae hood, y'all wanna go?" "Hell yeah!" Jade popped her lips. "And dooo!" Mimi raised her cup in the air. "Ight and when you coming home?" "I'm coming home soon." "Well hurry up cause I miss you." "Okayyy I am." "I love you."

             "I love you too." "Gimme kiss." I started blowing kisses through the phone. "Now stop, you got me looking weak in front of my sistas." "You'll be alright." "Whatever, bye." I hung up. "My sister is in loveeee." Mimi smiled. "Yes and he love me backkkk, and it feels damn good!" I smiled big. "And we are so happy for you baby." Jade kissed my forehead. "Like no lie tall it feels so good and relaxing to know that he genuinely loves me back, like not only does it say it but he shows it as well." I sniffled.

           "My sister been so emotional lately dang, please don't cry." Mimi quickly started fanning my face. "I'm not, I promise I'm not." After we were done cooking we drank some more and lounged around for a little bit. "Ughh alright y'all, I'm about to go home. I'll see y'all later, I love y'all." I stood up from the couch and stretched. "Okay call us when it's time to start getting ready." Mimi stood up too.

          "Okay I will. I love y'all." I hugged them. After all the love and them walking me outside, I started my twenty minute commute home. "Boo I'm homeeeee." I yelled as soon as I walked through the door. "COME HERE!" I heard his voice yell from one of the rooms downstairs. I slipped my shoes off and put my stuff down and walked to where I think I heard his voice come from. I twisted the bob and opened the door, he was sitting at a table counting out a bunch of money.

            "Hi my love." I walked over to the table and wrapped my arms around his neck. "Wassup baby." He stopped counting and wrapped his arms around my waist. He leaned up and gave me a quick kiss on the lips. "I'm almost done in here." "Okay, I'm not rushing you. Imma go cook dinner right quick." "What you making?" "Jaquan told me he wanted shepherds pie and Mason said chicken tenders so imma just make both." "Nah you don't have to." "But I want to." I leaned down and kissed him one more time before leaving the room.
