I've been back from New York for a couple days now and honestly, I miss it. But I'm definitely happy to be home. Even though the trip was three days long, I missed being laid up with my man. Dae walked in the hair room as I parted another section of hair. "Hi baby." "I nutted in you." "Yeah I know." I looked at him utterly confused. "So where my baby at?" "Every time you do that I take a morning after pill." I laughed. He sucked his teeth and jumped up on the vanity next to me.

            "Why?" "Bae I'm doing hair. Can we walk about this later or something?" "Man no." He shook his head. "Where my baby at girl?" "In heaven waiting to be born." "Next time you don't need to take one of them lil pills. I been nutting in you since March, you should've been pregnant." "Oh I will do no such thing." I shook my head. "Yeah ight, we gone see." He hopped down and walked out. "Oouu girl you better watch him." My long time client Deja said as she shook her head.

            "He so embarrassing. Cause why would he come in here like that? I'm sorry about that girl." "Girl please, my nigga the exact same way. He don't  mind embarrassing a bitch!" She rolled her eyes. "Clearly mine don't either." I rolled my eyes too. "But yeah girl you better watch him, he gone catch yo ass slipping one day and trap you!" "He bet not." "You heard what he said before he walked outta here." She laughed. I laughed too and continued to do her braids.

             After I was done doing her stitch braids to the back with a heart on each side I took some pictures and walked her outside. As I was about to step in the
house a random car pulled up and Jade jumped out the backseat looking a hot mess. "What the hell happened to you?" I started running down the driveway to her. Once we reached each other I could see that she was crying. She was crying so hard she couldn't even get her words out. "Come on baby, let's go in the house." I grabbed her hand and started walking towards the house.

             Once we got inside I closed and locked the door. "Okay now please try to calm down so you can tell me what happened." I said calmly as I wiped her tears. But I was the furthest thing from calm, my heart was literally beating a thousand miles a minute. Cause what happened to her? Did somebody take advantage of her? Are we gone have to go to jail today? We walked up the stairs and in Dae and I's room. He was sitting on the bench in front of the bed putting his last show on.

            "Wassup Jade." He gave her a head nod. She did a small wave. "What's wrong with you?" He lifted his left brow at her as he stood up. "What's wrong with her?" He looked at me. "I don't know I'm tryna figure it out. She keep crying." "I need to shoot somebody?" He looked back at her. She hesitated for a moment. "No." She finally croaked out. "You sure?" She nodded. "Ight bae I gotta go handle some business, I'll be back later, I love you." "Okay baby I love you too." He grabbed everything he needed then gave me a kiss and Jade a little hug.

             "Call me if y'all need me." He said as he made his way out of the room. "Okay can you please talk to me? What happened baby?" I said as we climbed in the bed. "Stupid ass Kobe!" She sniffled. "Kobe? What he did?" I instantly froze up. I know he didn't hit her, he couldn't have! That's not him! "So I went to his house to surprise him and do a housewarming picnic with him in his new backyard. You know he just moved in so I got a whole bunch of cute stuff." She wiped her tears.

            "I got a picnic basket, a plaid blanket, wine and cute wine glasses, all the stuff for us to make our own sandwiches. I even got us some paint and mini canvases for us to paint. So I get there and I see another car in his driveway. I ain't think nothing of it, so I grab everything and I get out and knock on the door. It take a lil minute to get a response but the door finally open and he standing there in nothing but some sweatpants. He standing there looking at me like he seen a fucking ghost."
