Her Hatred Patient.

Chapter 53

Parthiv hardly woke up from bed when the doctor came to visit. His fresh stitches are giving him sharp pain and his mother made him lean back. He was in that recovery stage where he couldn't even sit freely.  

"Since you are about to take off this weekend, there are some rules that you need to follow strictly without skipping. You need to take more rest, as there is a lot of scope for the infections and the wound will not heal. You have to eat healthy, take medicines on time, and start ambling with support. Traveling, physical stress needs to be avoided at its best. Do not forget your medicines and make sure to start with some basic exercises that help you to reduce your pain. Since your immunity is weak now, you have to take it seriously. Precautions will resistance you from the worst that might happen. Although the surgeries went well, you need to be rested for a month at least.  Also, make sure to be peaceful and calm, as you know, mental health affects you in every aspect directly and indirectly. Don't get into work directly, take time to adjust there and it would be best if you keep your squad there to monitor your health cause the complications aren't completed yet and you are risking your health. Be cautious and visit regularly when it's the checkup time." 

"I don't know what's bothering him at this rate, he still needs to be recovered. Look, he can't sit properly, but he wants to take over the business seriously and he sorted out his schedules for the next month." Meena spoke with the doctor. 

P: "Ma, I am doing good now. It's an external pain and feeling tired as I have been resting for the past year or so. When I get into my routine, I can used to that. As you know, it's been so late for the gap I took and I am bothering you all so much. I have to look into our business seriously and have to expand more."

M: "Of course, you can and you must. But take some rest until you fully recover.  If anything happens, it's way worse than this, and I couldn't take that anymore. until then your dad will take care of everything you recover."

P: "It's okay ma. I am getting bored. Laying on the bed all day and doing nothing. Anyway, if I can't make it now, I will take a rest. Don't worry about that."

Parthiv convinced her mom and they both flew to India.

 The actual plan was to visit the Delhi branch where deepthi was working, but a special invite came from another set of branches so it didn't give him any other option.

He visited other branches and took a day off in between as it's getting very hectic to travel easily. His wound isn't recovering as fast as it used to. He was tired physically and thought to return once after visiting her if his health didn't get much better. But deep down, he knows the fact that he can't return from the moment he sees her.

And this whole thing happened for another 10 days and finally, he went to Delhi.

He took the medicine and waited for the saline drip to complete. He had no energy left in his body and badly wanted to take a rest. But remembering the purpose, he was pushing himself more and more. 

While he was thinking about her, the general director came in.

"Sir, you said that you wanted to seriously look over the operations of our branches. I made this list by myself, please take a look."

P: "Yeah sure. Also, I want to be in charge of the upcoming venture that was about to start. I want to discuss this with them and we will look into that by the end of this month."

"Definitely. The event is about to start. Can you make it? Or we can postpone it. If you need to take rest I will-"

P: "No, No. Please continue I will be coming."

Parthiv stood heavily and gasped for the physical strain he was going through until he remembered her face. He gave a simple smile and joined the event.

His eyes are wandering for her even though the entire focus is on him. It became very difficult to maintain a calm posture outside and search for her desperately inside.

"Everyone really worked hard to save my life. I am truly grateful for that and want to appreciate every effort. I kept a lot of doctors in much more difficulty, yet they managed to balance it. What they did was so unforgettable, and the way they tried made me live my life in a way more valuable. I must say that some gave more than they imagined and it truly changed my perspective on my life. It is not the end, I still need to be treated, and hope you will support me now likewise in the past. Everything that happened here completely changed my life and I will make sure to reciprocate properly. I would like to announce a bonus of your three months' salary and I know that this is nothing compared to what you did. But somehow, I just want to gift you something in return. Thank you, everyone."

The whole auditorium was clapped and cheered. He couldn't find her the entire time.

While everyone was leaving, he went near the neurology head and talked for a couple of minutes.

Head: "Sir, very heartful congratulations on your recovery. We will support you until you heal completely."

P: "Yeah thank you. I am always moved by the junior doctors from your department. I was truly impressed by the way they were treating me. Maintaining their professionalism doesn't stop them from asking me silly doubts. Vikas, Vaishnavi, and especially deepthi did well."

Head: "Yes sir. Must to say that Deepthi suffered a lot when Vaishnavi and Vikas were supposed to leave in the middle."

P: "Indeed. She truly suffered a lot. At that time, everything was a mess and to keep everything on track, she worked really hard while managing her normal work parallelly."

Head: "True, and at that time, I couldn't assign anyone with her as per the rules. They all shared their personal experience this morning."

P: "Oh is it? It would be great if I could meet them personally now. I just want to sincerely express my gratitude to every doctor that was in the team and I was about to plan that."

Head: "Sir, sorry to say. But the three were not present right now. Deepthi didn't attend the event....................."

P: " Why? Is there anything wrong?"

Head: "Nothing like that. She took a leave at the last minute saying it was so important that she couldn't avoid it."

 Parthiv's facial expression changed immediately and concluded by saying,

"It's okay. No worries. I am sure they must be tired now. We will meet again, once I plan out according to my schedules."
