It was two days later when Dr. Yoo returned to work. Jungkook was thankful his mentor had returned because despite their strong personalities that sometimes caused differences in opinions, he was the most familiar and comfortable employee there. Soojung had become a friend, but she was working often exclusively with female patients and their needs. He had asked her what he role was at the facility, surprised when she said she was a chiropractor. Another reason for him to gawk at her long false nails.

"How was it?" Dr. Yoo asked, shrugging off his overcoat and settling into his desk chair. "Anything big happen while I was gone?"

"I'm sure much more happened for you," Jungkook replied, trying to keep his energy elevated which was still dampened by the previous few days.

"What's the matter, Jungkook? You seem upset."

He debated whether or not to tell the doctor about what had happened with Taehyung in the social area, especially considering he still hadn't seen Taehyung and it had been nearly three entire days. "Well, I was greeting Taehyung the other morning," he began, anxiously rubbing his palms together. "He had a perfectly normal negative reaction to me putting my hand on his shoulder, and he pushed me away from him. I wasn't hurt! I wouldn't have even fallen if I wasn't crouching down the way I was," he continued, his frown deepening. "There was another patient who called for the guards, and they... ah, I don't know how to explain it. Tried to restrain him but he definitely didn't want to be touched. They ended up having to use the taser, I suppose that was the only way, they felt. He was taken into 'solitary' on Dr. Lim's order." Jungkook huffed a breath, looking at the older man with even eyes. "I haven't seen him since then, even though Dr. Lim said he'd be released from whatever 'solitary' is when he was calm. The orderlies from before have caused a few issues for me, and refuse to let me see Taehyung. I also haven't been able to have a word with Dr. Lim."

"Anything else?" the doctor asked after a long pause, listening to the intern's words. "Before I respond?"

"I'm just worried, a patient told me that there's a guard who watches solitary and he's a bad person. And when I brought it up to... Sungmin? Sungjin? Whoever, he laughed and said it didn't matter because it wasn't like Taehyung was going to complain," he added, anger beginning to replace his calm.

"Okay," Dr. Yoo began, standing up. "First thing's first, let's go get Taehyung. He has physiotherapy this morning, anyway." The two of them exited the office, Jungkook on the man's heels as he took wide strides through the hallways and to the staircase. "After we see him, providing he's still here, we'll let him out and get him ready for PT. Maybe, if he doesn't react unfavorably, you can see if you can get any answers out of him in your own way to see what caused his technical outburst."

The two finally reached the bottom level of the facility, approaching a tall, muscular man who was leaning against the wall, cigarette on his lower lip.

"Peter, I've told you there's no smoking inside," Dr. Yoo scolded roughly, a chill to the delivery. "Where is Taehyung?"

"Yeah, I'm sorry, sir," the man spoke, stabbing the cigarette into an ashtray on his desk. "Kim was taken out of solitary earlier this morning and brought to his bedroom. Juwon said he was exhausted, which makes no sense since he's been restrained to this bed a couple days doing nothing but sleeping."

"Dr. Lim had him taken to his room?" Jungkook asked, getting the attention of the guard who hadn't noticed him before.

"Yep, this morning. You must be Jeon," he said, a bright smile taking over his face as he extended his hand. His whole demeanor was uncomfortable; even though his hair was gelled back neatly and his uniform was fresh, everything about him seemed greasy. It took every bit of strength Jungkook had to take his hand and shake it briefly.
