Charlie pov

Leaning over the boat I look around shocked "do you see them?" I ask Harry and Billy as they look around.

"No" the both answer.

Moving to jump in I stop when Harry grabs my shirt "got movement" he says.

Leaning over my eyes widen seeing Jane and Alec come up holding a fish each that's half their size together.

"What the hell?" I mutter seeing them head for shore dragging their fish up.

I watch shocked as they toss them in the bed of Harry's truck before running back to the water and swimming to the boat.

"Did you see our catch?" They both ask smiling with excitement.

Looking back to the truck I nod while pull them in "you're supposed to use the poles" I say sitting them down.

Turning to grab our coats I freeze hear two splashes, looking at the ripples I see them swimming back down.

Groaning I drop on the seat rubbing my forehead "they are not human" I mutter.

"What do you mean?" Billy asks.

Looking at him I frown seeing him and Harry not looking at me completely calm "those fish are bigger them them together yet they managed to get them, we all know fish that big are in the deepest parts so they not only managed to catch them by hand and lift them they did it without air" I grunt taking the beer Billy holds out.

Before I can say more I gasp seeing the twins come up going air born before hitting the water.

Jane groans shaking her head before glaring at the water underneath her "you fishy ass bitch, I said I was sorry I thought your damn fin was a fish" she yells.

She suddenly disappears underneath the water with a shout as Alec follows after her.

A few moments later they come up dragging something that they toss in the boat making us freeze in shock as Billy coughs from swallowing his drink wrong before they climb in pinning it down.

"Is that a mermaid" I ask in disbelief.

All three freeze looking at us shocked "she's mine" Jane suddenly shouts covering the mermaid with her body.

"Damn, time to head back" Billy mutters.

Sometime later

Walking into the council house I sit down shocked watching Jane holding a mermaid around her age in like a bride with a big smile.

Alec comes in pushing Billy and sits down crossing his arms watching Jane.

Looking back to her I frown seeing Jane putting my coat around her before moving her hair from her face.

"She looks very unhappy sister" Alec says smirking.

"Shut up Alec" Jane barks before focusing on the girl.

"Raven and Evangeline are coming" Harry says coming in before dropping in his chair.

"That's a mermaid" I mutter shocked.

Raven pov

Smiling I cuddle closer to Evangeline as we watch a movie together "I don't understand this, why is she singing about the yellow road?" She says frowning.

"To remind herself to follow it" I answer chuckling.

She goes to speak and I shake my head "just watch, it's not about logic it's about fantasies" she nods keeping quiet.

Watching the flying monkeys attack I feel her stiffen looking at the door "the twins are doing something" she mutters.

"Relax they're fishing with my dad, they can't cause that much trouble doing that" I say while putting her around me tighter.

"You underestimate them"

"Your just worried they are fine"

A while later

Hearing my phone ring I pull it out seeing Uncle Harry's name, sitting up I answer "hello?"

"We have a problem"

"What happened?" I ask worried.

"The twins had Charlie trying to figure out what they are, they caught a mermaid and Jane insists she's hers"

"Shit, we're coming so what's the plan?"

"We have to tell him Raven"
