Chapter 16

~ Sana's point of view ~

I was chatting to the girls in the living room when I received a message from Y/n telling me that she was alone in her room and that I could come and see her if I wished. So it was with joy and haste that I went to her room.

Sana: "Here I am !"

I closed the door and threw myself onto my friend's bed.

Y/n: " Jeongyeon is off to see Jihyo, so we've got a bit of time to chat."

Sana: "That's perfect."

I spoke dramatically.

Sana: "Because we need to talk."

Y/n: "About Jihyo?"

Sana: "No, about Jeongyeon."

Y/n: "Oh. I'm not against it."

I laughed at her answer.

Sana: "I'm not surprised, Y/n. If you could spend every second talking about her you would."

She smiled adorably.

Y/n: "You know me well. But before we get down to business, we need to prepare for Jeongyeon's return, which could happen at any moment. Let's find a fake topic of conversation to talk about if she comes back."

Sana: "Good idea."

I then began to think of a credible topic of discussion, to which Y/n and I could quickly switch if need be.

Sana: "Maybe I could tell you about my vacation in Japan ?"

She nodded.

Y/n: "That's a good idea. There's nothing suspicious about it, and we'll be able to improvise easily."

Sana: "Perfect."

Y/n: "Then we can get started."

Sana: "So, I've got a lot to say to you."

Y/n: "Tell me."

Sana: "I've been doing a lot of thinking, and I think trying to get even closer to Jeongyeon is pointless."

Y/n: "What ? Why ?"

Sana: "Because you can't get any closer than you already are. The next step is the couple. There's nothing more you can do to get physically close to her, except kiss her."

Y/n: "But why wasn't everything I did enough? I kept dropping hints, getting much closer to her physically, always complimenting her..."

Sana: "But it just seems like a game, or fan service."

She sighed.

Y/n: "How do I do it then?"

Sana: "Be honest with your intentions."

Y/n: "And how do I do that?"

Sana: "It's simple. There are three very important criteria. Say her first name in the sentence, it's important for her to understand that you're not joking. Tell her you love her, being clear and precise. Don't look for a metaphor, tell her straight out. And finally, tell her your intentions. You can't just tell her you love her and leave her guessing as to what you'd like your answer to be."

Y/n: "Just because you say something is simple doesn't make it simple, you know?"

Sana: "I assure you it's not complicated. Do you want an example?"

She nodded quickly.

Sana: "Jeongyeon. I love you. I'd like us to fuck."

Poor Y/n looked at me dejectedly as I laughed loudly.
