Warning: cursing, mentions of blood, mentions of gore, mentions of drinking blood, mentions of disintegrating family members. (It's time for my crap version of Shigaraki and Toga's backstory!)

1117 words.

There's only a little bit of Hinako sprinkled in at the end of this so everything you read here is about cannonically accurate characters to the anime/manga. The song today is a solid 1,000,000/10 👌👌👌👌👌👌

Tomura Shigaraki was once a boy named Tenko Shimura, and was a grandson to the pro hero One for All wielder who taught Toshinori, formerly known as 'All Might'. She left the family when Tenko's father was young, saying she had to go and was sorry for being an unfit mother, yet somehow in her prime she still smiled like there wasn't a care in her world.

Tenko lived with his sister, mother, father, grandmother and grandfather (on his mother's side), and his corgi. His sister wasn't the best of people, like the time that she showed the secret the father of the family had been holding for so long... that his mother, Tenko's grandmother, is a pro hero. It was unheard of to speak of being a hero in this household, so once word got to the father, Tenko was beat and set outside to contemplate.

With a corgi in his arms he cried, he cried and he scratched as his sister stood with the mother, crying and saying he was the one to show her the photo. The mother had begged his father to leave him be, that he's only a small child. The father had none of this, though, hatred pouring through his veins as he went back inside to have dinner with everyone. Tenko was excluded from this family meal for being the supposed mastermind behind finding the picture.

To think a man abused his son all because of a fucking photo and his uptight attitude against his mother leaving, does he have mommy issues or what? Anyways, as Tenko was stroking the corgi, crying to himself, muttering about how everything was horrible and he didn't even do it, his quirk manifested and he disintegrated the poor dog. Not knowing what he'd just done and thinking a villain had just attacked, when his sister came out to apologize he reached at her for help, voice caught in his throat.

She screamed bloody murder before running, but Tenko caught her, disintegrating her into blood and bits of her body, almost nothing left of her in that gore pile. Tenko couldn't help but get sick, not knowing what was happening and hating the world for turning out this way.

Reaching for his mother now, Tenko places his hand on the ground, disintegrating everyone in the vicinity, his mother running to him to try to hug and comfort him before crumbling past him into chunks of flesh and a pool of blood. His grandparents got caught in it too, making them fall to pieces as well.

His father, having heard the noise outside while reminiscing on his past life, overlooking the photo of him and his mother, he runs outside to find Tenko amongst a sea of blood, guts, and gore. He stands in terror as Tenko calls out to him for help, but he only grabs a garden tool and tries to hit his son, showing the brutal abuse Tenko has had to endure his entire life.

Tenko means to kill this time, grabbing his father by the face and making him crumble to dust beneath his fingertips, the shock of the disintegration quirk enough to make the house implode along with the bit of land the family had around it. Tenko was lost after that day, lost and utterly alone, people passing him by as he walks the street, thinking to themselves a hero will save him. But as he sits under an overpass on the sidewalk, no one comes to his rescue, no one except All for One, who will teach him to kill whatever he hates.

And that began the era of the villain named Tomura Shigaraki.

Himiko Toga was misunderstood by many people, even her parents thought of her as some kind of devil, but it only had to do with her quirk. The first time this fascination with blood began to rear its head, Toga came home with a bird, claiming how much she loved it as she sucked it dry like a vampire. Everyone associates her fangs with her quirk, and quite honestly they worked miracles when needing to draw blood from someone when she didn't have the support gear she does now.

The last time she was seen was her middle school graduation, where a boy she was in love with was stabbed and students watched as she sucked blood from his wound with a straw. Up until that point Toga had been suppressing her quirk, not letting the hunger for blood of those she loved resurface, and that's what made her a villain. You see, heroes try to make out those who aren't to a social standard to be villainous or evil, and that's eventually what turns them that way.

All Toga wants is to let her fascination of blood run free and to not be judged for it, she wants to become her lovers like how she can transform through sucking a person's blood. I never blamed her for the way she was born, but everyone decided to throw her away, her parents giving up on their daughter because she wasn't what they wanted, what the world thinks of as 'normal'. Honestly, that's probably why every one of us villains is a psychopath to those who see how we act, we're not their form of normal.

Toga is only one year my senior at seventeen, and yet she's grown so much not going to some hero school or some high school unrelated to hero work, she even learned to become the person whoever's blood she drank so fully that she was able to use Uraraka's quirk when transformed into her during our fight with the Liberation Army.

When she first came to us alongside Dabi from our trusty broker Giran, Shigaraki said that the both of them pissed him off, but now we stand together as one. I told her that day after Shigaraki stalked out to cause a scene at the mall: "Everyone thinks heroes are normal, that they bring justice and peace. I say screw being normal, those who call people immature just don't know what fun really is." I had said, drawing the attention of everyone in the room as I stood in my villain costume, an ominous energy emanating off of me, "If you're coming here to join and you think you're society's view of 'normal', there's the fucking door."

Toga giggles, "Oh how I love your enthusiasm." She places her hands, palms facing herself and fingers spread out, in front of her face, "No one's normal here, silly!"

"Good." I smile maniacally, eyeing my two new comrades with a hopefulness that Shigaraki will come back and want them, "Then let's get to the briefing, shall we?"
