Chapter Twenty-Four

Amajiki is the first of us to get separated by Overhaul's plan, taking on three to one, which seems ironic being that he didn't believe in himself before but now he's offering us a getaway. He'd already knocked around the guys with his octopus tentacles- courtesy of the Takoyaki he ate this morning- to prove the point that he can handle himself. Aizawa and the rest of the group seem skeptical, but we rush on anyways, Aizawa knocking out the one with the quirk where he can eat anything before following us. I would try to make it a point that Amajiki can handle himself, but Kirishima, among others, are too busy complaining about feeling bad about leaving Amajiki behind.

FatGum soon puts their fears to rest though with a firm statement, claiming Amajiki is strong enough to have got into the title of one of the Big Three even though he has no confidence in himself. That's statement I have to agree with, siding with FatGum that Amajiki is an amazing hero who can kick those thug's asses! Although the one guy's quirk is a really bad match up... he'll prevail!

I only hope heroes are as strong as they're made out to be, because it's a hell of a lot to go up against the inexperienced successor of the Shie Hasaikai, and Mirio already used his permeation to get ahead and confront him first. No doubt someone will lose their life today, if not many, and with the aura coming off of Sir Nighteye gives me the feeling he knows who. The sinister look he tries to hide behind his glasses isn't working, at least not on me. I sigh, having a feeling I know who it will be too.

Some guy whose name I didn't catch in the briefing  is using an enhancer drug, moving the walls and floors like we're in a house made of jello. The next thing really exciting to happen is when Kirishima and FatGum take one for the team and jump behind Aizawa to push him out of the way of a moving pillar looking to push him through a hole in the wall. They're looking to get the quirk eraser out of commission, most of us probably think, everyone in the group that barged into the building that of an intelligent nature.

I take the moment of confusion and slight chaos to make my escape, opening a hole in space and time with my second quirk and fall down into it, closing the hole right after. There, I find my villain costume right where I left it, in the gap I've opened up between worlds before this instance. Here I also find a clone of Twice, who melts as soon as I enter so that the others know I'm here and ready to kick some Overhaul ass. No doubt he's telling Toga, and Toga will notify the League when she gets the chance.

I change swiftly from my hero costume to my villain costume, feeling good in my own skin as I change my voice to something deeper. Now it's time to shine as the villainous psychopath that I am. I open up a new inter dimensional hole back into the present timeline and pop out next to Toga and Twice, a perfect coincidence, "Hello my friends." I smile sinisterly, corners of my lips reaching towards my ears, "What are we going to do now?"

"We're going to go see the heroes~" Toga smiles, sharp teeth glinting in the lighting. She drops her voice to a whisper and brings her lips to my ear, "And we're going to give the Shie Hasaikai hell..."

My smile grows wider, "I like that plan." A chuckle rises in my throat, deep and seductive like a rough voice in the early morning, "When do we start?"

"Soon...very soon." Toga chuckles, a hearty sound that's high pitched and cheerful, yet sadistic at the same time, "I do hope I get to see Izuku again~"
