You are shaken by how quickly Kara can move from seemingly getting destroyed by a dominating-looking male, to casually talking shop. The idea of a male-heavy group when she has already declared her intent to have sex with other men is a tough proposition. You greedily air on your side of things.
"Women." You know it is greedy, because you are opening it up for you to have easy access to other girls, where Kara may have a hard time finding dock-workers out in the wild. You suspect she knows this, however, and still encourages your choice.

"Alright then." The fox smiles confidently.
"I'm glad." It would help if she felt any sort of jealousy at the notion of you being surrounded by other girls, but you know for a fact by looking into her intent that she feels perfectly fine. Looking a little deeper into her emotions, she actually is relieved and a bit happy at your choice. It makes it even more clear that Kara still does not believe in a relationship between you two.
"So, uhm... Human adventurers. Where do they go?" She asks. You remember that these are the few situations where you have her at a disadvantage. Even if Kara had a mind to fight you on your decision she would have no idea where to go to enforce the opposite. You know exactly where to go to pick up female mercenaries.

Tauntingly you add. "You wouldn't know where to go to pick up a bunch of male adventurers if you tried, right?"

Kara looks at you curiously. Scratching one ear while she looks up in thought, the woman states uncertainly.
"I'd probably just go to that guild thing where I thought I'd find you."

You deflate somewhat. "Of course. I forgot. I guess even you would put that together." As far as males are concerned, going to the default location would probably yield the best results, as well so she has you there. Female adventurers do not have it easy by any means. They have different spaces and different methods of choosing group members just by virtue of what they are. The same is true in any freelance profession. If a single woman were to join a group of only men she is putting herself in a difficult position. There is no guarantee of foul play, but it is more likely. That is why, you are aware, women tend to join groups that have other women. Women are more likely to join all female groups. The problems of women in your society were imparted upon you mostly by your mother and sister. It was not a lesson they tried to teach you intentionally, it was just a fact of life that you experienced second-hand. Your mother always had the best luck doing business with other women. Right up until Sam, that is.
"We need to find a women's guild for what we're looking for." You leave the room and the passed-out individual. Kara follows behind you, taking the piece of clothing you asked her to wear and wrapping it around herself.

"Women have their own guild?" Kara asks curiously.

"It's not exactly a guild all on its own like the adventurers guild. It's more like a group that is going to have a woman's back. These needed to form, otherwise..." You trail off, but Kara seems to get it intuitively.

"They would get bowled over and taken advantage of." She scoffs.
"Honestly, human and elven women are so weak."

"Not like your kind that has to consistently suck off the males to stop them from forcefully impregnating you." You look at her as you both make your way into town side-by-side. As always, Kara draws glances, even with the robes you forced her to wear outside.

Kara narrows her eyes at you. "That is a compromise we choose to make that works for everyone."

"And if you chose not to suck your counterparts dick you would be a permanent mother back wherever you came from, so-"

"They could try!" Kara growled at you, causing you to jump and forcing you to back off.

"P-point is, you shouldn't be too hard on my peoples women when it seems like you deal with similar problems. You have your concessions, they have theirs."
