We decided what to eat in lunch and then talking about random things. Specially about office. She's telling me how her colleagues do gossips everyday about me and what they think about me. She's so talkative and I love to listen her sweet voice. I put my hands on the table and rested my chin on my palm. And her eyes are so beautiful. I was lost in her eyes.

I didn't notice when the waiter came to our table to take our orders. I came to my scenes when Mon snapped her fingers in front of my face.
"Hey Saaam! He's waiting to take our order. What were you thinking?" Mon asked me.
"Nothing. I was just listening to you. Lemme give our order first." I said and smiled sweetly at her.
When I finished giving the order, I face her and she is looking around the restaurant.
"So.... " I started, drawing her attention towards me.
"Yk Mon, we stay most of the time together and talking about everything but we don't know what our favorite things are." I said her.
"So what do you wanna know?" She asked me as she change her sitting position on the chair.
"What's your favorite color?" I asked her.
"All shades of pink color.... What's yours?"
"It's grey.... So, what's your favorite food?"
"Prawns🍤. And what's your favorite food?"
"I don't have any favorite food. I just love to eat spicy food." I answered her. Our were going on and I'm going to ask her a important question.
"Ummm..... Mon, are you single? Or do you have a crush on someone? " I asked her, crossing my fingers🤞 under the table, hoping for a positive response which will be on my side. But she's quite for a few seconds as she's looking down and she's blushing a little.
"I'm single but I have a crush on someone" She replied shyly, and left me in shock.
"Who's that person?" I asked her. But before she could reply the waiter came to our table with our food.
'Stupid waiter! You had to come at this time?' I thought in my mind and grit my teeth.
Sam don't lose your focus. Stay on the topic. Wait for that idiot to leave..... As soon as he gone after serving our food, I asked Mon again.
"So, who's that person Mon?" I asked her again.
"Ohh.. Umm... She's from the office." She said making my jaw drop. 😦. Now my blood is boiling. I grip tight on my spoon until my knuckles become white.
"It's she? A girl?" I asked her and she just nod in response, blushing again. I'll fire that girl whoever she is! I managed to put on a smile and asked her name.
"What's her name, Mon?"
"Sorry, Sam. I can't tell you her name, yet. But I promise to tell you later. I'll ask her to be my girlfriend. If she accepts my proposal then I'll tell you." She said smiling apologetically to me.
I don't have any courage to ask her anything so I started eating my food, so did she. But after some time she cleared her throat. I look at her and raised an eye brow.
"Can I ask you the same question?" She asked me.
"What? Am I single or not?... FYI I'm single and I —" I was cut off on my words when suddenly my phone started to ring in my pocket.
I took the phone out of my jeans pocket and saw that dad had called me . I quickly picked up the call.
"Hello, dad." I greeted him.
"Hello, Sam. Do you know Freen's whereabouts?" Dad asked me.
"It's Saturday,dad. She might be at home."
"I wanted to invite both of them for dinner tonight, as we didn't have any family dinner after their marriage. So I called her this morning to tell her about this but she ended the call in the middle of our conversation. I tried to call her again but her phone was switched off. Then I called Becky but she didn't pick up. That's why I got worried about them. So can you please go to their house to check on them for me?" Dad asked me.
"Ok, dad. I'm at a restaurant with Mon,having lunch together.I'll go to their home after lunch." I said to dad.
"Ok, drive safely. Bye." Dad cut the call.
"Umm... Mon. We've to go to phi's mansion after lunch." I said to Mon.
"Why? What happened?" Mon asked me.
"I'll tell you on the way there. Just finish your food ASAP without choking on it." I said her seriously.
"Ok, Sam." She said and started to eat.

We are now in front of the phi's mansion,waiting for the guard to open gate. As soon as the guard opened the gate, I drove in,stopping in front of the porch. I got out of the car first and then opened the door for her. Then I handed the key to a guard and went in the mansion.
I asked a maid about them. She told me that phi and my sister-in-law are in the master bedroom. They didn't came downstairs since morning after their workout. And they don't have the right or courage to knock on their door.
So me and Mon went upstairs to their room. I knock on the door. After a few knocks she opened the door. But the sight in front of me made my jaw drop. I hurriedly turned around on my heels and covered Mon's eyes.
