Y/N enters her house, the weight of the world on her shoulders after a good day at school. Her STEPPARENTS stand in the living room, arms crossed, their expressions dark.
STEPMOTHER
(furious)
You’re late! Where were you whoring around hmm??
Y/N feels her heart broken by there words.
Y/N
I was just talking to a friend after school.
STEPPARENT
You think that’s an excuse? You’re so irresponsible!
Before Y/N can respond, her STEPFATHER steps forward, grabbing her by the arm, his grip tight.
STEPPARENT
You need to learn some discipline!
He pushes her against the wall, causing her to wince.
STEPMOTHER
(shouting)
You need to understand your place in this house!
Y/N fights back tears, feeling small and helpless as they scold her and then strike her across the face. She stumbles back, trying to catch her breath, knowing this will only escalate.
Y/N retreats to her room, where she collapses onto her bed, sobbing quietly.

Y/N walks into school, still shaken from the previous night. She spots Yeon and Ji Ah waiting for her by the lockers.

(concerned)
Hey, are you okay? You look exhausted.
JI AH
What happened?

I’m fine. Just a long night, that's all.
Yeon and Ji Ah exchange worried glances.

Yeon and Ji Ah watch with concern.

Why is he being so nice? This isn’t like him.

I can’t believe you used to be scared of dogs!
JUNGKOOK
(defensively)
They were big! But I’ve gotten over it, thanks to you.
As they share laughter, Yeon and Ji Ah watch from a distance, worry etched on their faces.

I still don’t trust him. Something feels off.

We need to talk to Y/N about this. It’s not just her feelings we need to worry about.
