Marcenia was in full view of everyone around as she finished off her meal, the sight drawing a mix of horror and awe from the crowd. Some found a sickening beauty in the scene.
"Here." Gem threw a glowing fruit at her, which she caught and immediately consumed with delight. "Are you full now?"
"I forgot how nourishing dragon meat is." she smiled, her crisp and clean appearance not betraying how frightening the scene had been a moment before.
"Don't you think you need to fix this mess?"
She eyed her surroundings and seemed to realize something when her eyes took in the countless casualties around her.
"Did I do this?" she asked innocently, however, the wagging of her tails seemed to interpret instead how much the sight entertained her.
"Marcenia Celestia King." her mother ground out.
The instant stillness to her being drew a few curious gazes.
"Have you completely lost your mind?" her mother scolded as she walked forward, grabbing the girl by one of her large wolf ears. "I knew you had your father's idiocracy, but to take it to this extent."
"Ow, ow, ow, ow..."
She pulled Marcenia by the ear as she walked back to the crowd. "I would have thought that my teachings would at the very least keep you levelheaded and keep your appetite at least to normal foods. How in the blazes did it come to you eating other dragons? And gods? Who the hell taught you to eat your own kind? WHERE DID I TEACH YOU CANNIBALISM?!"
"But mother..."
"Don't you 'but mother' me you little pest!"
"But dad said to take a bite out of whoever you can't defeat in one blow and..."
"Your father is not an example you should be following."
"What is happening?" asked a confused seeming Ora while the other parents that have raised willful copies of Macey tried their best to keep their faces straight.
"How many times do I have to tell you that your father is a great warrior but an idiot when it comes to everything else?"
"You said that about me?" a shocked Sebastian stood at the side, feigning hurt as he looked at his mate. "How could you?"
"Moooooommmm..."
"Now set these worlds right before I tear your tails out of their sockets!"
"Mom..."
"Don't you mom me, do as I said!"
She pouted as she made a wave of her hand and thousands of people disappeared instantly and the previous damage that had wrecked the world around them set itself right in the same instance.
"Good, now, how many of these boys here did you mate with?"
"MOM!"
"Come on, how many did you sleep with?"
The Bardells, as well as many of the others around, seemed to turn five shades of red and purple each as they heard the red-headed woman's straightforward question.
"None of them."
"Good." She threw her daughter towards Deimios and Felix who both seemed to be ready to catch her. "Now you can stop making these boys wait and fulfil your duty as a soulbound mate."
Her eyes caught Ora and Azrael who seemed to still be processing the fact that their chosen was being thrown towards another man.
"How about a fivesome." she instantly smirked, earning more shock from those around her.
One prince choked, the other was slack-jawed, and another immediately fell over. The two very human counterparts of Felix and Deimios were opening and closing their mouths as they tried to make sense of what was just said to them.
"I think two of us are enough," Felix said as he took her wolf tail in his hand and pinched the tip.
Her immediate reaction of becoming languid at the sensation was very obvious. The beast kind around them knew well enough what touching the ears or tail of any beast type entailed.
Felix immediately took his chance to steal her from Deimios' arms with an expression of triumph.
"Could you not steal my mate from my arms?" Deimios groaned as he gave Felix a glare.
"She's mine too. Did you forget?"
"I think you too should stop..."
"I claimed her first."
"I saw her first."
"That is impossible since I technically met her when I was only two hundred years..."
By the time they realized it, Macey had slipped from their hands and was glaring at them from beside Ora and Azrael.
"Seeing as the two of you still can't share... I would rather be with my husbands."
"You..." Deimios seemed as baffled as everyone else around them. "But that's technically still us."
Felix nodded like a child, not sure how to respond further aside from possibly annihilating himself... er, the young man who looked like him.
"There's an easy fix to this." sighed Gem who appeared beside Macey and knocked her out immediately. She was held up by a shocked Ora who held her close. "You wish to keep her by your side?"
Ora and Azrael nodded.
"And so do you two?"
Both Deimios and Felix nodded as well.
Gem waved a hand and the men seemed to instantly crash into each other. However, left standing, while holding Macey, was a man who seemed to have a mix of Deimios and Ora's hair colors that slowly faded back to light colored hair. The only difference was that his eyes were now two different colors. Azrael and Felix seemed to have become one as well, the constant furrow of Azrael's brows and his earrings now appearing on Felix.
"Now you can all keep her. As for the rest of you... I have noticed you wish to keep yourselves close to her as well. How about this?"
He opened a tear again in the middle of nowhere. "Those who wish to be with her, step through here."
"What is that?"
"A world I created. One especially for my darling niece... She will be reborn again, but here she will be reborn how she was meant to be. You will be reborn as well. None of you will retain your memories."
Deimios and Felix both stepped through, Macey still in their arms. Several others stepped through as well—a few from her first world, several from her last.
