I hopped off the jet, just in time. At the last minute I decided to take a trip to Connecticut. Also because Dijonai asked me to. We've been texting and calling each other a lot lately.
I was going to her game as her team plays Dallas today. I went straight to the arena. I had on a fresh jersey of hers. I signed a lot of autographs for fans once I got into the building. To this day it's still shocking that someone knows me wherever I go.
Dijonai came up to me with a smile on her face. We hugged for a moment. The type of hug it was, I'm sure we're soon about to have dating rumors.
"I didn't think you'd actually come on such a short notice." She said.
"Come on now. You know I gotta see my girl lock some shit down." I reply.
"Your girl?" Dijonai questioned, a very evident blush on her face.
"Not like that." I laughed.
"Yeah, right." She said, before kissing me on the cheek.
"Man, go play yo game." I respond.
I sat down, watching the game about to start. Once the game tipped off, I got a text from a random number.

Y/N - Jackie??
UNKNOWN - how'd you know?
Y/N - you can't try to go undercover with your nickname especially when it's a known name
Y/N - how you get my number anyway
Jackie - I stole it from A's phone, speaking of what do you think about her
Y/N - I think she's nice, why?
Jackie - just nice, nothing else?
Y/N - i mean she's pretty and funny
Jackie - so would you say she's girlfriend material
Y/N - I would think so
Jackie - good to know
What a weird conversation. Even weirder that it was Jackie. That's the type of behavior I would've expected from Syd or Kelsey. In the time that I've been around all of them, Jackie don't say shit.
