Today I was out in L.A to shoot a collection of different commercials for an upcoming movie. It's some cheesy ass basketball movie mixed with a little romance.
A'ja and Angel are busy preparing for their season. So I was out here by myself but it's work so I don't really mind. As far as I know, there are other basketball players doing these commercials. I don't know who but I know I'm one of them obviously.
I arrived on set, speaking with the director and other crew members. I had my own trailer which is basically a giant dressing room. Once I was done with all of that, I went back out on the set.
I seen other NBA and WNBA players. I'm very curious as to what the promotion budget for this movie is. I seen Trae Young, Sabrina Ionescu, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Arike Ogunbowale, and of course, DiJonai.
We've been texting or whatever. Nothing serious. At least not from me. Her ass is delusional as hell. I really don't get it.
"Oop, not my man." DiJonai said coming up to me, smiling hard as hell.
"Girl I am not yo man." I laughed.
"I don't know why you keep saying that. You know what's up for real." She replied.
"I don't know a damn thing girl. Stop that delusional nonsense and act right." I reply.
"So make me act right." DiJonai said.
"Yo, you gotta chill." I chuckled. "Like you can never just be cool, can you?"
"You already know the answer to that." She said.
We started shooting some of the commercials. It's a two day shoot, today only being day one. Some of the commercial scenes included the actors and actresses from the film.
I'm not gon lie, I had fun. This whole thing is cool as hell. It got me wanting to star in movies and shit. My life too busy for that right now tho.
After filming was done for the day, I was planning on heading straight to my hotel. I got a text from both A'ja and Angel. I texted them back, seeing how they were doing.
"So where we going?" DiJonai asked.
"Who said we were going anywhere?" I reply, confused as hell.
