A look of shock crossed my face, "I'm so sorry. I didn't mean it like that. I just hate knowing its cost you your happiness."
The nurse came in with David and Logan went over taking him from her. He walked back over to the bed gently sitting next to me and said, "This is my happiness." He started to cry again but smiling this time and I knew they were tears of happiness.
He turned to me, "Move in with me."
Everybody's mouths in the room dropped to the floor.
I looked at the other three and could see looks of confusion. They knew if I moved in with Logan I would be right there with them, but they also knew if I moved in with Logan that would mean he and I would be spending all our time together.
I tried to gather my thoughts, "Logan I really don't know what to say."
He looked down at David, "Just say yes. We can raise him together. It doesn't have to mean anything other than we both live in my house and raise our son together. You don't have to be with me. I just want to be able to watch him grow up."
I smiled at him, "You make it really hard to say no, Logan."
He looked back up at me, "Then don't say no. I swear there are no strings attached. I just want you to be there with him so I can see him every day. That's all I swear."
I looked at the others and I couldn't tell what they were thinking. I smiled at Logan, "We really don't have to talk about this right now. I can't go anywhere for six weeks anyway."
He looked at me puzzled, "Why six weeks?"
I giggled, "Well a number of reasons. The first being that I have to take it easy for at least six weeks to heal. I have to come back to make sure everything is healing properly in six weeks and most of all I have to bring David back for a checkup then."
Logan got a worried look on his face and turned to the other three, "What are we going to do?"
James said, "I'm on it." and grabbed his phone running out in the hall.
I looked at Logan, "What is going on?"
He hung his head, "We have our new season to do at the studio. There is no way I can be gone for six weeks."
I could see the tears returning to his eyes. I put my hand on his shoulder, "Logan, David and I will be fine. Its only six weeks. You can come see him any chance you have. We will stay right here until I'm well enough to travel and figure it out from there."
James came back in, "I couldn't get us all out of it or even you for the whole time, but I managed to talk him into doing it in shifts that way there could always be one of us here with her." James told Logan.
I laughed, "Guys I will be okay."
Carlos came over kissing me gently on the cheek, "Well now we can be sure of that."
The nurse interrupted, "It's time for his feeding. Who has the honors?"
Logan carefully stood up with David in his arms and handed him to Carlos, "I think it's your turn." he said smiling at Carlos.
Carlos was beaming with pride as he took David from Logan and the bottle from the nurse. He walked slowly to the couch and sat down to feed David. James and Kendall joined Logan and I on the bed and we started to talk about the schedule that Scott had come up with.
"None of us have to be back until next week." James started. "Then it will be Kendall and I that will have to go. That will leave you and Carlos here with her. When we come back the two of you will go and then we will switch up every few days."
