The chest

It seems we had soon arrived at our destination. "Land, ho!" Gibbs yelled. I then saw how Jack looked at his hand, terrified. "Jack?" I asked, and he looked at me. "Yes love?" He asked gently. "Is it back?" I asked him, and he slowly nodded. "I want my jar of dirt," Jack said and quickly walked away.

I sat on Jack's lap as we got rowed over to land. Pintel, Ragetti, Norrington, and Elizabeth with us. "You're pulling too fast!" Pintel said annoyed. "You're pulling too slowly. We don't want Kraken to catch us." The other one said. "I'm saving me strength for when it comes." Rageti said. "And I don't think it's Kraken anyway. I always heard it asid Krayken." They said, and I rolled my eyes at their stupidity.

Elizabth had the compass, and we were all following her. I looked around. The island indeed looked beautiful. Elizabeth then started pacing back and forth until she sat down on the floor. "This doesn't work. And it certainly doesn't show you what you want most." Elizabeth said annyoed. Jack walked over and looked at the compass. "Yes, it does." He said "You're sitting on it." He said. "Beg pardon?" She said confused. "Move," he said, and she quickly walked out of the way. Norrington then started digging in the ground until he finally reached something. We pulled out a big chest. In there were letters and another smaller chest. We looked at it closely and put our ears against it to hear a small heartbeat. "It's real," Elizabeth stated. "You actually were telling the truth." Norrington said surprised. "I do that quiet a lot, yet people are always surprised." He said, winking at me.

"With good reasons!" We heard someone behind us and turned to see Will. "Will!" Elizabeth yelled and ran at him. They shared a kiss. "How did you get here?" Jack asked. "Seaturtels, mate. A pair of them, strapped to my feet." He told him, and I laughed, remembering the story Gibbs told us a year ago or so. "Not so easy is it?" Jack asked playfull. "But I do owe you thanks, Jack." "Do you?" Jack questioned. "After you tricked me onto that ship to square your debt with Jones," "What?" Elizabeth asked confused. "I was reunited with my father." "Oh, well... you're welcome then." "Everything you said to me, every word was a lie!" Elizabeth yelled as she approached us. "Pretty much. Time and tide, love." Jack said, and just then Will took out a knife. "Oi, what are you doing?" Jack asked him "I'm going to kill Jones." Jack then pulled out his sword. "Can't let you do that, William." Jack said, "Because if Jones is dead, who's to call off his terrible beastie of the hunt, eh?" Jack said. "Now, if you please." Jack said and held out his hand for the key. Will then stood up and suddenly pulled out the sword Elizabeth was keeping with her. Jack pushed me behind him and put a hand in front of me, protectively. "I keep the promises I make, Jack." Will said coldly. "I intend to free my father. I hope you're here to see it." Then Norrington pulled out his sword. I can't let you do that either. So sorry." He spoke. "I knew you'd warm up to me." Jack said with a grin. But then Norrington pointed his sword at Jack, and Will pointed his at Norrington.

"Lord Becket, desires the content of that chest. I deliver it; I get my life back." He spoke, and Elizabeth and I just stood there, looking at them confused. "Ah. The dark sied of ambition." Jack told Norrington. "Oh, I prefer to see it as the promise of redemption. And if I may be able to get my life back, I'll also get a lovely lady back." He said, referring to me, Just then Jack started attacking the Commodre, and Will attacked Jack, and everything that followed was just a mess.

They started fighting and running more or less away. I shook my head and watched them and Elizabeth yelling at them and started trowing rocks in their direction. Just then Pitel and Ragetti ran away next to us with the chest. "Hey!" I yelled, and they kept running. Elizabeth and I both ran after them, and when we finally reached them, we stood in front of them; we were already in a kind of jungle. I pulled out my sword, but since Elizabeth's got taken by Will, the two boys grinned and dropped the chest.

They wanted to attack us, but suddenly a waterwheel drove past us. Norrington and Will were on top of it, fighting each other while Jack ran after them. We stopped what we were doing and looked at them with big eyes. After they were gone again, the two men in front of us wanted to attack again when an axe was threw inside a tree next to us. We turned around, and there was the crew of Davy Jones. The two men gave the swords to Elizabeth, grabbed the chest, and ran away, with us just behind. The two idiots held the chest each in one hand, and when a tree came, the chest was thrown to the floor, and we looked back. We all drew our swords and started fighting the pirates when I noticed one grabbing the chest and running away. I fought a pirate and quickly ran after him. Just then a coconut flew and hit his head. I looked to my right, and there stood Jack grinning at me. "There you are, love. Come on." He said, and with the key, he opened the chest where the heart was lying. He took it out and quickly put it into his pocket. He closed it again, and we both ran away from the scene.
