YESTERDAY Sabrina left the school with her dad and told her to take care of Akane and Yumi. There's no way she'll leave this school knowing that Akane and Yumi are still here. Therefore, she decided to stay and still continue to study. Even though she wants to study abroad and forget what happened here. Tomorrow they're going to leave for the vacations and she asks her mother if Yumi can go with them since Akane was with Sabrina right now and gladly she agrees.
"Are you okay?" Nilingon nya ang ate nya nakaupo sa kama at tumango lang. She wasn't. It's still fresh and painful for her. She told them what happened and they understand it but she knows deep down they are all disappointed as she is.
"I need to be okay." Sambit nya at muling itinuon ang atensyon nya sa mga gamit ba inaayos nya at dadalhin nya para sa bakasyon na gusto ng mga ito. Kung sya ang tatanungin, gusto nya lang magkulong sa kwarto at iiyak lahat ng sakit na nararamdaman nya.
To be totally honest to herself. That break up with Sabrina was against her will but she needs to do the right thing in order for them to grow. She doesn't want to be a hindrance to Sabrina forever. She wants her to be free and have a good life. Even if it means that she'll tear them both apart. The reality really sucks but she needs to accept it. Fuck things up is always the answer to everything.
"You know we're here, right? I'm here. I'll listen." Mapakla syang ngumiti at umiling. That's not what she needs right now. That's not what she wants. "Ate, I'm fine. Really." Tanging sambit nya at pinagpatuloy lang ang pagaayos ng mga gamit nya.
"Where's mom?" Tanong nya para maiba ang usapan dahil alam nyang isa pang ulit nito ay hindi na nya mapipigilan ang sarili nya at baka mapasama pa sya pag nangyari iyon. Ayaw nyang ibuhos sa mga ito ang sakit na nararamdaman nya dahil hindi naman nila ito kasalanan.
"Probably still looking for something, she said she needs to find some evidence to start over again." Tumango lang sya sa sagot ni Erica at agad na tinapos ang pag aayos nya. It's still good to know that her mother wouldn't stop working on that case. It means they still have hopes to get that Justice they need.
"What do you guys think about korea? Or japan?" Tinignan nya ang nagsalita na kakapasok lang ng kwarto at agad syang napabaling ng tingin kay Erica. "Haven't we been there before, Dad?" Saad nito habang sya ay inaayos na ang bag nya para bukas ay kukunin nya na lang ito.
"Yeah but Nancy—"
"Korea was great, especially, it's Yumi's home town. She'll be glad to be there again for sure." Mabilis na saad nya. She wasn't planning anything so why not just play along with them.
"Great. Are you okay, Sweetie?" Tinignan nya ito at tumango kasabay ng maliit na ngiting binitawan nya. "Yeah. Yeah, I'm good." They keep asking the same question over and over since yesterday and it's not helping anyways. It's just making her miss Sabrina even more.
"Okay then we'll go to korea. I'll tell your mom. Where is she by the way?" Kinuha nya ang librong nakapatong sa lamesa nya at binuksan iyon habang hinahayaan ang dalawa na mag usap. "She's somewhere out there, searching. Just look for her, dad." She can't focus on the noise. She wanted to just read and forget for a moment.
"Can I borrow your phone?" Tanong nya kay Erica, agad namang ibinigay nito sakanya ang cellphone. Ang alam ng mga ito ay nawala ang cellphone nya when the fact is she really give it to Sabrina. She recorded everything that Scott said to her cause she thought it might help them put that man behind bars.
