Everyone has reached police station. Purvi standing in corner with blank expressions.. all the family members including vir's most trusted person Bhola was present there.

And vir.. he was sitting on chair. constables were standing around vir. the inspector was sitting in front of him and checking file. vir's eyes fixed on purvi but she didn't even look him once just standing silently..

He took deep breathe and looked at inspector who's looking quite serious.

Vir : To bataiye.. kya shikyatein ha humari biwi ko hunse.. jo aap tak pahuch aai bina hume kuch bole..

Inspector : Purvi ji aap yaha aaiye please.

Purvi stepped toward them. her anklets voice gaining his attention.. she stands beside inspector.

Inspector : Mukhiji aap jaisa soch rahe ha waisa kuch nahi ha... agar purvi ji ne apke khilaf shikayat darj karai ha matlab gusse me aakar nhi ladai ke purpose se nhi baat dusri ha or serious ha...

Vir : (calm tone) koi or baat kyu hogi aap bataiye mujhe are hum dono subha ladai hui thi.. humne inki baat nahi suni or inko gusaa aaya hoga to aagyi aapse pass. ek baat jante ha aap inspector purvi ko gussa bohot jaldi aata ha us waqt inhe samjh nhi aata ye kar kya rhi ha ab kal humare beech thodi behes hogyi to ye apke pass chali aai baki hume bohot pyaar karti ha na humara nuksaan karegi na hume thes pahuchaegi.  Yakeen se keh sakte ha (looking at her) or purvi kuch der ke liye hum jail me bhi rehne ko taiyar ha aapke saath unchi aawaz mai baat ki thi humne. Aap yahi chahti ha phir maaf kardengi na. ghar chalenge na saath

He stood up from his place and was about to step inside the lockup.. when inspector said something made his body numb and steps halted. 

Inspector shaked his head in disbelief. Why this man not ready to believe that his purvi filed complaint against him for making him suffer in lockup! Inspector stood up looking at vir and said.

Inspector : Mr. Virendra pratap singh aapki wife ne aap pe allegations lagae ha. ilzaam narazgi ka nahi ilzam ladai jhagda ke nahi.. balki inhone aap pe ye case kiya ha ki apne inke maa baap ki hatya ki ha.. aap ke qaatil ha sabuto ke aadhar par dava kiya ja rha ha jo khud purvi ji ne hume dikhaye ha to hume majburan apke again actions lene padenge. Aapko jail jana hoga sare sabut apke khilaf ha mukhiji..

He said everyone gasped in shock. vir's red teary eyes shifted from inspector to her. He  didn't believing whatever the inspector said.

He went towards purvi and grab her arms but her body didn't react because she don't want to face him.. she was hurt. extremely hurt and angry too.. how could he killed her parents and now he is claiming to love their daughter.. double standards!

With trembling hands he trying to held her hands but she jerked his hands. seeing her reaction his hearts broked into pieces lump forming in his thorat due to pain..

Even family member was also shocked to hear the allegations she was blaming him.

Vir : (cracked voice) pur.. purvi.. ye.. aap.. kya keh.. ra.. rahi.. ha.. hunme... kisi.. ko.. na.. nahi.. mara.. purvi... aap.. ko.. hmse.. gus.. gussa.. ha.. na..pare..pareshan.. kr.. rahi.. ha.. hume.. haan..

He broke into cries and nodding his head like he was pleading to make her believe..

Vir : Na.. nahi.. purvi.. humne aapke.. maa baba ko nahi mara.. hum sach keh rahe ha aapko aisa kyu lagta hai.. hum itna aham karenge. nahi purvi. hume kisi ko bhi nahi mara.. bharosha kariye humara..

Purvi lifted her eyes to looked into his eyes. her eyes were red and puffy.. the love trust feeling intensity were gone. just anger and hatred forming in her heart right now.
