Chapter 7

Around Halloween, we had two more people join in on our lovely, freaky fun. They weren't too new with the school, but we hadn't made contact with them until now. It was a sight to see, though.

They had burst through the back of the school, a blonde haired girl holding onto a stoic blonde boy as he guided her to the nearest corner. She didn't look too well, her face was almost entirely green. As for the boy, he looked like he wanted to be sick as well once she threw up behind the trash bin.

While he was holding her short hair back from her face, he looked towards us with blank eyes. Or, literally, eyes I couldn't really see because triangular sunglasses were settled upon his nose. None of us spoke to each other until his friend had wiped her mouth and fixed her scarf.

"Ugh, that was a bad one..." she groaned. She held her hand to her head, almost as if she was in pain and she almost glared up at us. She blinked and covered her eyes with her other hand before she gave a pained smile towards us. She giggled and said, "Heeeeey! Guess tha' wasn't a lovely sight..."

"No... Not entirely what I wanted to th'ee or hear when I eat,"Sollux said. He had stopped eating his sandwich and had put it away, holding his stomach a little. "Lo'tht my appetite...."

"Yeah, no kidding," I said. Thankfully, I had finished my lunch before they came stumbling out and ruined everyone's lunch.

"Sorry... I think I might have drunk a little too much last night..." she apologized. She watched us with amber eyes for a few seconds before she smiled and introduced herself. "Anyways, I'm Rozy, I mean Roxy. I'm Rose's cousin, if you know her..."

"Oh yeah! She's that weird goth chick that's dating Kanaya and hangs with John and Dave," Vriska grinned. She crossed her arms, as she continued, "I tried getting her to do something with me before my reputation went to shit but she declined with a strongly worded speech."

I nodded. "I know her too. Weren't very close."

"Isn't she the one that's the head student of the English program?" Eridan chipped in from behind me.

"Yeah. Th'e's the one that mo'tht go'th to for Engli'th help if they're th'tupid enough," said Sollux. He snickered a little. "I think Ed went to her on'th in 6th grade during a particular vocab te'tht."

"That sounds like my coz!" Roxy smiled even more, as she dug out a silver canteen. She nearly guzzled that thing down before her male friend took it out of her hands.

"You never really learn your lesson do you," he said.

"Boo, Dirk! You're no fun," she whined. She pouted towards him before stumbling her way over towards us. "You don't mind if we hug her with you? I mean, hang here with you?" She was about to collapse again but Gamzee helped her friend set her down on the ground before she hurt herself.

"Naw, I'm sure we don't motherfucking mind, sis!" He let go of her once he made sure that she was okay with sitting correctly before smiling towards her emotionless friend.

"Nice to motherfucking meet you, bro. Name's Gamzee," he held out his hand lazily. The blonde boy meerly shook it while giving his own name, Dirk Strider. His calm demeanor seemed to make the Juggalo drop his calm smile and step back a little, but he still seemed somewhat nice to him.

We greeted each other accordingly, and we began to learn more about each other. Or, they learned about us as we learned about them. Apparently, Dirk and Roxy were both related to someone at this school, mostly cousins. And once they arrived, they weren't exactly brought into the popularity chain like their younger cousins and were tossed aside unless their parents were nearby. Then they acted like they were joined at the hip.
