19th October small advances

Today 19th October 2024, Russian troops have been able to do some small advances but the Ukrainian resistance continues to intensify everyday. Troop count is increasing on both sides with Ukraine having 450,000 men and Russia having 520,000 men. And also North Korean troops have arrived to the front. But many sources claim that many of them are defecting to Ukrainian side because of the tyrant government and dictatorship of Kim Jong Un. However around 10,000 of these men have arrived and are doing service for the Russian military.

Today in the central Donbas area, Russian troops were able to make a small advance just to secure the terrain around the town of Maksymilyanivka just to the southern flank of the Pokorovsk offensive however that is the only significant advance we have for the central Donbas area. But minor casualties occured in this area.

Moving towards the Kursk incursion, we can see that Russian troops have been able to do two advances through the western and northern front. To the west the Russian made a small advance towards the salient but it wasnt enough to cut off the Ukrainian northern attack. And to the North they also launched an attack towards the salient but the neck of the salient it being heavily resisted by Ukrainian forces. As the Russian plan is to encircle the northern attack and heavily weaken the Ukrainian numbers. But still Ukrainians are attempting to deny this by bringing more reserves. And that infantry and tank brigade have not made any significant difference to the Kursk incursion. But still significant fighting continues in this region.
