Ethan's grin twisted, his eyes flashing with anger.
"Shut up, Alexander," he growled, his teeth grinding.
Alexander's eyes blazed.
"You're thinking about Emily, aren't you?" he spat. "Don't even think about her, Ethan. She's just a little girl."
Ethan's face contorted.
"Weak little girl?" he repeated, his voice dripping with malice. "You're one to talk, Alexander. At least I can satisfy my wife."
Alexander's face reddened.
"Victoria told me about your...shortcomings," Alexander sneered. "Five minutes, isn't that right? No wonder you only have one kid."
Ethan's eyes flashed with rage as Alexander's words cut deep.
"That's personal," Ethan snarled, his fists clenched. "You shouldn't have gone there."
Alexander's jaw clenched.
"I'll do whatever it takes to protect Emily," he vowed. "And if that means exposing your pathetic secrets, so be it."
Ethan's grin twisted.
"You're playing with fire, Alexander," he whispered. "You'll burn for this."
Marcus stepped forward, his hands raised in a calming gesture.
"Enough, both of you. This isn't solving anything."
Alexander's and Ethan's gazes locked onto Marcus, their eyes blazing with warning.
"Stay out of this, Marcus," Alexander growled, his voice low and menacing.
Ethan's grin twisted.
"Yes, Marcus. You don't want to get caught in the crossfire."
Marcus stood firm, his expression unwavering.
"I won't let you two destroy each other," he said, his voice steady.
Alexander's jaw clenched.
"You're taking his side?" he spat, his eyes narrowing.
Ethan chuckled.
"No, Marcus is just smart enough to know who'll come out on top."
Marcus's eyes flashed.
"I'm not taking sides. I'm trying to prevent a catastrophe."
Alexander's gaze lingered on Marcus, then shifted back to Ethan.
"This isn't over," he snarled.
Ethan's grin grew.
"Oh, it's just beginning."
The air was thick with tension as the two brothers glared at each other, Marcus caught in the middle.
Ethan's face reddened, his eyes blazing with humiliation.
"Why did Victoria tell you that?" Ethan demanded, his voice low and menacing.
Alexander shrugged.
"She wasn't telling me, Ethan. She was trying to seduce me," Alexander said, his expression neutral.
Ethan's jaw clenched.
"You're lying," he spat.
Alexander's eyes locked onto Ethan.
"No, I'm not. She wanted me, but I'm not interested. She's my sister-in-law, after all."
Ethan's face twisted.
"You're just saying that to hurt me," he snarled.
Alexander's grin twisted.
"No, Ethan, I'm just stating facts. You can't satisfy your wife, that's sad."
Ethan's eyes flashed.
"What exactly did she say?" Ethan pressed, his voice dripping with malice.
Alexander's expression turned cruel.
"Let's just say she wasn't impressed. But don't worry, you'll last six minutes today, won't you?"
Ethan's face contorted in rage.
"You're dead," he spat, lunging at Alexander.
Marcus intervened, grabbing Ethan's arm.
"Stop, Ethan. This isn't solving anything."
Ethan shook Marcus off.
"You're next," he snarled at Alexander.
Ethan's eyes narrowed, his voice dripping with malice. "Thank you for telling me this, Alexander. Victoria won't be happy after this. She'll see the consequences."
Alexander shrugged. "I'm just stating facts, Ethan as a little good brother. You can't satisfy your wife."
Ethan's face twisted. "Don't try anything with her, Alexander. She's my wife, and I'll kill you if you touch her."
Alexander raised an eyebrow. "Why would I do that? I'm not like you, Ethan, who takes advantage of random women. I pay for my pleasures, at least."
Ethan's grin turned sinister. "You think you're better than me? You're just as depraved, Alexander. But Victoria is off-limits. Don't forget it."
Alexander's expression turned cold. "I'm not interested in your wife, Ethan. But you should worry about your own marriage. Maybe then you wouldn't have to resort to threats."
Marcus intervened, his voice calm. "Ethan, calm down. This isn't helping."
But Ethan was beyond reason, his anger and humiliation fueling a deadly determination.
