Alexander's voice echoed through the hallway, "Emily, sleep tight. You have school tomorrow." Emily's innocent reply, "Ok, Uncle," contrasted sharply with the ominous tone that followed. Alexander's gaze shifted to Rachael and Michael, his eyes narrowing. "I should drop you back to your room," he said, his voice dripping with an unsettling intensity.

Rachael and Michael exchanged uneasy glances, sensing the abrupt change in Alexander's demeanor. As they followed him to the cabin, the tension escalated with each step. Alexander's command, "Come in, Cabin, first before sleeping," sent shivers down their spines.

Alexander handed them tablets with encrypted files, his expression unyielding. "Analyze these. Report back by dawn. Time is crucial." As they worked, Rachael's whisper to Michael betrayed her fear. "Feels like we're trapped in a never-ending nightmare." Michael's cautious glance at Alexander preceded his hushed reply. "Our captivity has no expiration date. We're pawns in his game.

Michael's voice trembled. "Sirrrr... When... Could... we be... free?"

Alexander's gaze turned glacial, his smile twisted. "Free? You want freedom?"

Rachael's eyes widened, sensing the ominous undertones.

Alexander leaned forward, his voice dripping with malice. "I should sell you, then you'd be 'free'."

Michael's face paled. "Sell us? What do you mean?"

Alexander's chuckle sent shivers down their spines. "You're valuable assets. I can auction you off to the highest bidder."

Rachael's voice shook. "You can't do that! We're human beings!"

Alexander's expression turned sinister. "To me, you're commodities. And commodities have prices."

Suddenly, the cabin's doors slid open, revealing two imposing figures in black suits. "Take them away."

Michael and Rachael exchanged terrified glances, realizing their worst fears were coming true.

Michael and Rachael made a desperate break for the door, but the two imposing figures swiftly intercepted them. A chilling smile spread across Alexander's face as he watched.

"Escape is futile," he taunted. "You're mine."

Rachael kicked and struggled, but her efforts were swiftly subdued. Michael's attempts to overpower the guards ended with him being pinned to the floor.

Alexander's voice dripped with satisfaction. "You should have accepted your fate."

As the guards dragged them away, Michael and Rachael shared a defeated glance. Their desperate escape attempt had failed immensely.

The darkness closing in around them seemed impenetrable.

"Welcome to your new home," Alexander's voice echoed, fading into the distance.

They were thrown into a damp, dimly lit cell, the door slamming shut behind them.

Rachael's whispered despair filled the air. "We'll never escape."

Michael's resolute gaze met hers. "We will. We must."

But the sound of locks clicking and footsteps fading away mocked their resolve.

Rachael's frustrated whisper echoed off the cold walls. "Why are we in a new room now?"

Michael's defeated shrug accompanied his somber reply. "God knows."

The dim lighting seemed to suffocate them, intensifying their desperation.

Rachael paced, her footsteps echoing. "This can't be our life. We have to escape."
