The Unknown Fleet - Chapter 30

- Chapter 30 - You're... What!? -

We cut to the Takeuchi Mansion, where Olivia and her parents are waiting for a specific person to arrive at their gate. It's already been a few hours since they started waiting for him to show up, but he hasn't arrived as planned yet.

Mr. Takeuchi: "Where is he? I thought he's gonna be here!"

Olivia: "Wait papa... He'll be here at any moment..."

Mr. Takeuchi: "We talked about your man being la-"

Suddenly, the mansion's phone starts ringing. Mr. Takeuchi picks it up and asks why the guard started calling. And is surprised to hear that a person is calling where Olivia's location is.

Phone starts ringing

Mrs. Takeuchi: "Looks like a phone call."

Mr. Takeuchi: picks the phone "What's the matter?"

Guard over radio: "Sir! There's a man asking us where Olivia-chan is!"

Olivia: "He's here!"

Mr. Takeuchi was surprised that this "Lance" guy actually went to their property to meet with them.

Mr. Takeuchi: "Hehe... Looks like I'll be meeting your man."

Mrs. Takeuchi: "Don't be harsh on the young fellow! I'm sure he's kind!"

Mr. Takeuchi: "Of course! I will, my dear."

Loud 13B noises outside

Mr. Takeuchi: "What the-?"

Lance took his absolutely loud RX-7 inside the mansion! He doesn't care if he destroyed everyone's sleep in the property, does he?

Lance parks his car in a nearby area, and he starts walking to the front door.

Lance: "(What's with those pests... Telling me not to bring my FC inside...)"

Guard: "Good sir! Follow me to see Mr. Takeuchi please!"

Lance, who was making his own way to the building, now was being offered assistance to Olivia's parents. Lance accepts the offer, and begins walking with the guard.

Lance: "Oh uh, sure."

Guard: "Please follow me, sir!"

Lance: "(Calling me 'sir' is a bit over exaggerating my presence...)"

After that, both of them continued their short walk to the front door. The guard then lets Lance inside the mansion, and informs Lance about Olivia's location.

Door opens gently

Guard: "You may come inside, sir. Olivia-chan's location is in the living room, take a right in the hallway, then take a le-"

While instructing Lance however, he wandered off without listening to the guard.

Guard: "O... Okay... Nevermind."

Lance walks around the mansion, and is surprised to see how wealthy the Takeuchi family actually is.

Lance: "Damn... They're more elegant than I thought... (By these circumstances, I'm nothing for Olivia... But, not like I care anyway!)"

Suddenly, Lance encounters a maid down the hallway. The maid then made her way to talk with Lance.

A Random Painting moved it's eyes towards Lance as if it was watching him

Lance: "What the heck?"

Maid notices Lance

Maid: "Hmm? You're not a familiar face."
